I ordered for Cheeseburger (take-out) + Spaghetti+ Royal (dine-in). But when I received my order, they're all packed for Take-Out. The Crew did not even bother to care. Upon ordering this, there was also "confusion" on the Cashier and got my order wrong. Nagyawyaw pa gamay in which he was the one who did not pay attention to my order. The atmosphere also upstairs was noisy parang nasa palengke. Someone was throwing a birthday treat that time (teenagers) but Jollibee, Liloan doesn't have "protocols" regarding this matter. I've been Loyal to Jollibee since College Days, halos lahat ng Jollibee sa Cebu napuntahan ko na, but so far, first time ko naka-encounter ganitong scenario. And first time ko magbigay ng poor rating sa Jollibee.

Came here because I was very curious to try Jollibee for the first time. The place was very clean and well maintained. Staff were nice and smiling. The food was very particular. To be honest it was not my type of food. The red sauce for spaghetti was too sweet for me. The burger with rice was good. The most unexpected mix I have tried here was the coke with ice cream. I was curious, but after tasting it I said I will never do it again. Overall is a nice cheap place, I am happy that I had this experience but I think it didn’t match my taste.

This is the strangest branch of Jollibee I have ever seen. It has three floors and the only toilet for non-elderly and non-PWD customers is located on the topmost floor. This is a real challenge even for non-PWD customers. And the second and third floors have ridiculously low ceilings, dining on these floors could make you claustrophobic. Although it skipped plastic straws, it still uses these small plastic containers for condiments like gravy and ketchup, only adding to the worsening problem of single-use plastic waste in the province.

AUG 18, 2024: I SUPPOSED TO BUY AT JOLLIBEE METRO COLON BRANCH BUT SINCE TOO MANY ARE LINING UP, I DECIDED TO BUY AT JOLLIBEE ORIENTE/COLONNADE BRANCH BUT INSTEAD OF SAVING TIME, I'M STUCKED THERE FOR LIKE 2x THE SUPPOSED WAITING TIME DUE TO CARELESSNESS OF THE CREWS PREPARING IT. AND I DIDNT HEAR ANY APOLOGY. JUST WOW!

WHILE WAITING I OBSERVED THEM WORKING AND THE MANAGER KEPT ON REPRIMANDING SOME OF THEM MAYBE BECAUSE THEY DESERVE IT. I ALMOST MISSED...

I just ate here in this Jobee branch.. i just want to express my observation here. i hope this will help.. the food was great.. right amount of hotness of the food right amount of spaghetti sauce..polite crew unfortunately as i get metallic utensil... some of the forks were not washed well. there is still a rice that remains in the fork.. you can check cctv on or before 9:40 of my reaction because i cant provide image as proof... then the smell of the facility has strong chlorine odor.... i hope jollibee will use no odor cleaning...
