The servers are very slow. It takes 30 mins for the food to be served. The vegetables in their Sinigang appear to have been nibbled on by rats. The cashier who wrapped a bbq take out touched the food with his bare hands. There are A LOT of flies. The server uses the dirty mop or dirty rug and then handles the food that he serves to a customer. The area is generally unsanitary. There are cats and pests. There was a dead/cooked fly in the rice. The employees do not know how to handle the fly-in-rice complaint. They just laugh and don't offer any apology at all. There is no Manager.
