BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE I have been dining here for quite a long time now, and everything has been excellent; I have never been disappointed, not until last night. I’ve been thinking about this long and hard if I should share my experience there at your place last night. But I’ve decided not to let it slide to prevent this from happening again to other customers. 2 Gorordo Ave. SILOGAN NI GIAN.

Nag dine-in mi dira gabie with my husband and kid. Pag action palang nakog order daan, na sense nagyud nako ang attitude ni Miss cashier, nakasabot ragyud ko nga gipabarog ko niya samtang siya ya’2 pas tanang ya’2 ga suwat’2, so kasabot rako ana kay gamay rakay nang butanga para kasok-an. Nag order nako niingon kog “duha ka order nga hungarian silog“, wala sya ni acknowledge pag ingon nako ana, nya ni shinggit syas cook ug “duha ka pork“, so ga expect rapud ko nga sa usa to ka customer ang pork nga order. Nibalik kog ingon nga “duha ka hungarian silog ug apili nalang pug burgersteak“ nya ana sya “silog ni ang burger steak?“ so nitando ko. Mura gyud syag way gana. Pagtawag nas among order, pork jud diay ang naluto, 2 pork and 1 burgersteak. So niingon ko ni Mr. Cook na super buotan, “hala kuya, hungarian akong gi order“ Kuya: Hungarian man daw ni Miss Attitude Cashier: Pork man iyang giingon! (with pina singka nga tuno) knowing na there are other customers, ang uban customers nanan-aw gud nako, na shock mis iyang attitude. So again, I said to Mr. Cook “hungarian baya akong giingon ya“ ug sa walay pag duha’2 niingon si kuya ug “ilisan lang nato“. Kudos kay Mr. Cook nga kahibaw sya mo buhat ug solusyon diretcho sa problema, unlike sa naay mean girl energy nga super attitude nga cashier nga murag gusto pa makig lalis, very unprofessional. That kind of attitude is not for customer service. Dili sya angay sa atubangan, angay ana niya itago kung asa wala syay e-deal nga customer. Dissapointing kaayo makasugat ug taw nga ingon-ana ug batasan. The whole time nga nangaon mi iyahang nawng maoy attitude pa kaayo nga murag gina insist gyud siguro niya nga ako ang nasayop. My goodness! nalipay pana syas iyang trabaho?

I normally dine in at Silogan ni Gian, but their delivery is also my go-to when it comes to having something cheap yet filling for a meal. They have been one of my go-tos since I found out they were also on Grab.

My favorites would have to be their chicken skin followed by their sisig. The taste is always consistent whichever branch I've gone to so far. I appreciate how they're so affordable and have generous servings, especially with rice. Additional rice through their Grab is not that expensive either.

Would definitely recommend Silogan ni Gian as one of the must-trys while...

Good place for what they offer and incredibly low priced. It's basically breakfast all day as all orders come with their variation of garlic white rice and over-easy cooked egg. Go for for the pan-fried pork (porksilog) or the bacon (baconsilog). They also serve a variation of fried chicken skin which is a local favorite, high in cholesterol but delicious. They carry many option as the most dish and also offer noodles though the baggy kind which are still good. Soft drinks and water...
