I recently dined at the Persian Palate and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. I must say that there was nothing special about this place. The food lacked flavor and was significantly below my expectations. It was rather disappointing to find that the taste fell flat and failed to impress.

Moreover, the prices were surprisingly high for the quality of the food served. I expected a certain level of excellence given the price point, but it simply did not deliver. The lackluster taste combined with the hefty bill left me feeling unsatisfied and regretful of my choice.

Overall, I cannot recommend the Persian Palate. With subpar food and inflated prices, it was a rather underwhelming dining experience. It's best to explore other options that offer better value for your money and more...

Delicious Persian Food with Room for Better Service!

It was my first time trying Oriental cuisine in Cebu, Philippines – and I believe this might be the only Persian restaurant in the area! I ordered Baba Ganoush and Hummus and both were absolutely delicious – really authentic and flavorful!

However, I was a bit disappointed with the service. Although I know that Filipinos are usually incredibly friendly and welcoming, this time the experience was different. The waitress forgot my beer order three times and kept asking what kind of beer I had ordered. Unfortunately, when it came to paying, her attitude wasn’t very friendly either.

It’s a shame, because the food was truly amazing! With better service, this place could be an absolute gem.

Would definitely recommend the food, but I hope the...

The name can be confusing when you think you are going out for Persian Cuisine and then realize that most of the dishes are actually Mediterranean. Don't expect any Iranian delicacies like Khoresht-e fesenjan or Zereshk Polo, not even the famous Saffron Tea, but the Kebab and rice, Fatouch, and hummus you will find are not too bad.

For someone living in Cebu city and craving a change of cuisine the variety of meals is welcome I guess. The chicken curry was good, and the house made pita bread tasted wonderful.

The service was great and relatively quick on a not too busy day but the seating outside overlooking a drive way enterance might not be the good choice if you intend to impress a date.

But over all the place is good for a different style of food than the...

My Persian Palate experience was great. The food was awesome, it brought me back to Singapore's Indian curry. The other thing is that the food serving is good for 2-3 people. A bit pricy if you think, but actually it is affordable. The atmospher is so-so but I like because it is quite. My only problem when we ate there was the server. It was hard to get hold of her and I had to stand up just to get my order and my bill. Maybe because it was not their peak hours, but I hope they will improve that. When we went there during the night, the server was active. And we did not have a hard time getting our orders and bill. I can recommend you the place if you love curry and the food experience.

savory and spices are awesome. taste the persian flavor here in the Philippines. I just passed by the area and it's my curiosity to know what Persian dishes would taste like. So I just ordered one of their cheapest lists on their menu which only cost below a hundred pesos. I came there in the early morning so not many people dined and were not crowded. The atmosphere of the restaurant feels like nothing, however when I tasted the dish I ordered, I felt the different taste and aroma of the spices in the simple dish. Tasty and good to the mouth. They have a variety of dishes however this the only thing I bought just want to taste their simple menu.
