Ramen, not worth the price but broth tastes authentic.
Bought Spicy Tonkotsu Ramen (₱299) for the crave and just wanted to try it out. Got my order wrong, gave me the Classic one instead for the lady cashier was not there yet to attend. Just topped the bowl with their spicy sauce (refer to picture), I didn't really mind for it will be a hassle for both me and to them as orders pile up. Just mixed everything for the spicy kick.
• Broth tastes amazing and authentic. Fatty yet very indulging. Plus it's spicy, so it satisfies the craves. • The meat part was so underwhelming. Thought it was like their pictures but it was cooked like it was just fried in the morning then served at night. Tough and thin. • Noodles was thicker though. Not my liking for ramen. Almost spaghetti-pasta-like noodles. • The egg was a little satisfactory. It's almost hard boiled and sliced the wrong way.
Overall, the best thing about the bowl was the broth. Not worth the 299 price point to be honest. Better if lowered(?) but I still recommend for first timers to try for their broth. Might try their other dishes like Curry rice and...

Checked in again after the 1hr marked and said it will be prepared for another hour. As a street food stall, everything should be prepared already; I don't know why they open when everything on their menu is not even ready yet. They didn't put out a sign that says product unavailable or anything. Read moreWe’ve tried this food stall in Sugbo Mercado, I was surprised, the ramen was tasty. I tried the spicy tonkutso and its tastes good and had a little kick of spiciness.
The gyoza and karaage are worth the money both tastes good...
