Imagine this, it was a 7:30pm Saturday night and not much people inside. Ordered 2 fries, 2 2pcs chicken. We expected that by 8pm (30mins which is already too long for this kind of order) we will be able to eat so we will be done by 8:30pm or 8:40pm so she can start working at 9pm. Want to guess what time our order arrived? It arrived 8:30pm… yes you heard it. 8:30 freakin pm. Thats one hour since we ordered. The reason being is they forgot our order. I am so disappointed. Ive been through alot of restaurants with bad service but never like this. Also in my opinion the fries is terrible, its thinner than a Jollibee fries and lesser than a Jollibee Large fries. The chicken was okay it tasted like a Kenny Rogers Chicken but the price is too high. They didnt gave me atleast extra gravy as an apology at least. Never again Ill come back. Place is good as same as Mexican food .LOVE THIS PLACE! Wish I would have discovered it sooner on my trip :) I ate there multiple times during my last week of staying :) Freedom fries are the best. Food was similar to California style including the salsa, seasonings. You can eat all you want and it won’t cost much. The burritos are large enough to complete your appetite. Pork was tender and went well with the cheese and bacon fires.For vegetarian food you get good options to feel your stomach. Order Cheese quesadilla , they will serve with fresh made salsa sauce and cheese sauce. Onion rings are too good. Fried perfectly. You can never forget the taste of their friends fries. I ordered the two crunchy tacos and the meat was cold. Like straight out of the refrigerator cold. I went up and said the meat was cold and the workers just stared at me and told me it was the pico on top that was cold. I had to say multiple times that the meat was cold. They got their manager and I explained to her and she said they’d make new ones. I waited 15 minutes and went up to the counter to ask how long it would be, and they hadn’t even started it! They were working on other food orders that came after me. When they did bring out the tacos, they were sloppily thrown together with a very stale shell. I could barely get one taco down.
