Greenwich — Restaurant in Cebu City

We ordered 2 lasagna value meals and a potato wave and was told that it will be served in 15 minutes. We were given a serving number so we will know if it's our turn already. However, 30 minutes have passed and several customers after our number were called, so I asked about ours. They said they're still preparing it and I don't get how it took too long when our order was almost the same as the others. When it arrived though, the lasagna and garlic bread were too cold. I was too upset to eat them because it was really bad. Although the manager did replace our orders after I complained, the experience was too upsetting already, and a waste of time. Will not...

We checked in to this restaurant awhile ago and ordered meal A for two, how sad to hear that the cashier/counter promised us 10-15 minutes where infact the food served 23 mins passed. The food was no longer hot it seems to be under the quality of a good food. What's worse is that the place is humid (NO AIRCON) a waiter said to us. Lastly is NO ICE AVAILABLE were kinda thirsty because of the weather yet the management could not find ways for Ice and keeps on serving LUKEWARM icetea and pineapple juice. We were so disappointed. The food is fine, in fact it’s great. The staff are great also and they have a system for contact tracing due to the Covid-19 pandemic, which is good. The tables within the restaurant are quite small. Also as part of their Pandemic Protocols they have added and acrylic screen on the center of all the tables, so that 2 strangers can share the same table. However if you are a couple (for example) you now have a barrier between each other which is unnecessary. Also the screen makes it difficult to get all of your food on the...
