Location is very open to passerby and located next to JCO.
Service crew is new (I think) since she looks like a bit lost but overall okay given that she is new.
Food is a hit or miss. Been eating from Hukad (on different branches) but this was my 2nd time here. The first one, I only had a drink while my friends ate and I remember the scallops serving was too small (around 6 tiny scallops) so we didn't order this time.
Beef salpicao is pricey compare to their other food options so I was expecting for a good salpicao but it was bland and the raw garlic overpowers the beef. I asked for soy sauce and calamansi to somehow put flavor in the beef but they said they don't have calamansi and gave us soy sauce and vinegar which actually helped the beef salpicao.

The chorizo pasta was very tasty, albeit oily but the texture was pleasant, a combination of the soft but firm pasta cooked perfectly and the crispy chorizo. How can you go wrong with Cebu's chorizo? It was indeed a tasty dish. But my dining experience was marred by the milk tea. Ube halaya is very Filipino in concept however their execution was lacking. The drink had way too much ice more than half the glass and the biggest culprit was that the tapioca pearls was half cooked. Perhaps they need to train from BTS or other milk tea station. Nevertheless I can see a good future for this...

Afterwards we already took a look in their menu and 5 minutes later we were asked to vacate the table because there are customers that are 6 people good for the table and they asked us to wait for couple minutes until there is an available table that is good for 14. So very bad experience we did not continue to dine there because of poor customer service and unprofessional staffs. The place even is very cramped that you sometimes you can touch the back of the person behind you. Dont eat here if you want to be comfortable and treated...
