Had dinner there with my family last Aug 5, 2022 when a FULLY GROWN COCKROACH 🪳🪳🪳landed on our table and climb straight to my husband’s head, then went back under the table. 2 staffs went to our table to check on what’s happening, yet they were just standing and seemed unbothered by the fact that a cockroach landed on their customers’ table, I had to ask if they have an insecticide/spray since no one offered to catch or kill it. NO ONE APOLOGIZED from the staff/management regarding such unfortunate scenario, the only thing they did was offer another table for us to transfer. Also when we asked why their BUFFALO WINGS was too sweet and not spicy (it was more like a terriyaki though) they told us that it’s just how they make their Buffalo Wings (although we heared the kitched staff say “Ingna lang gyud Japanese Sauce gigamit”) Naa ba d i Buffalo Wings na dili halang...

no customers service at all not a good place to eat this restaurant is way far when it comes to customer service as we enter into the restaurant the waitress is look like unhappy no smile or may we are just look like sangano... no money of just a stranger... we order the waiting time is almost 30 to 35 minutes order not came at the same time... we received the last order but we received with a hair strand on it lucky we mix it and we found it under on the food. we asked the waitress to change it but the most part is we never ever received a simple apology... then later after 5 minutes waiting the food came back question for that... 30 minutes of waiting after the complain they replace it in just 5 minutes.... when you look for a good place to eat not a right place to...

Overall, good atmosphere, bad food, and terrible customer service. I was initially attracted by the authentic Japanese decor and the affordable price point of the food that’s why I decided to pay a visit.

However, I was immediately turned off by the waitress who attended to me. The menu was also cramped with unappetizing, badly captured photos. The waitress was not knowledgeable of the food and delayed in forwarding my order to the cook.

I ordered the pork garlic ramen, which took more than 20 minutes to arrive even though the customers were only me and a couple at the next table (who also complained of the slow service). Delicious food would have been a consolation, however, the ramen they served was a poor imitation of the...

I love Joed's! This is my go to place whenever I want to eat Japanese food on a tight budget. Ramen mostly costs 200php and maki about 150php per serving (6-8 pieces). Lots of options to choose. They also serve sushi, desserts, and fried foods like tempura and calamares. It's a small place, can accommodate 15-20 pax (considering social distancing) and sometimes, servers are busy especially on peak hours but worth the wait. I will highly recommend this restaurant for Japanese cravings. Favorites: Joed's crunchy maki, special California maki and Pork ramen

A great experience!!! A small joint along the main road. If you don't watch the road while driving, you can easily miss this place with the blink of an eye. Typical Japanese sliding doors, nice ambience. Particularly lots of choices. Vegetarians get to taste some gr8 food too, especially since they have very less choices. The people were very courteous, customising orders for vegetarians. Sometimes u can be fooled by the size of the rice bowl but u gotta keep on digging till it gets done!! Overall a very satisfying dine. MUST TRY PLACE!!!!
