I have to say, the service at this particular branch is quite disappointing. While the food is consistently good, great customer service is just as important. I’ve had several experiences that justify my opinion:

The staff often ignores customers who ask for tables to be cleaned. Even when it’s obvious that you’re the one waiting for a takeout order, crew members will walk past you while holding it without saying anything. My relative once politely requested a replacement for a very small piece of chicken. It’s unfair to pay the same price and receive less. However, the staff member refused to replace it, and we couldn’t understand why. Were they simply unwilling or just being lazy? On another occasion, we arrived close to closing time. Since we were quite hungry, my family (about six or seven of us) decided to dine in. The staff had already begun cleaning up and had placed chairs on top of the tables. The only tables left had chairs fit for four people. So, we sat at a cleaned table to make space for everyone. But a staff member told us not to sit there because it had already been cleaned. We understood it was near closing, but shouldn’t customer convenience be considered too?

The store will easily reach its maximum capacity due to recent renovations in some jollibee stores nearby. However, the store still tries its best to serve everyone even though there were still some left disappointed. This store is a must to visit. It is very lively and joyous and always leave people wanting to come back again. Also, their chickenjoy is great, always at top quality. Their customer service however is good and top brass, however during in peak hours, they will be preoccupied in almost everything from their roles and jobs. But they still tries their best to serve everyone.
