KFC — Restaurant in Cebu City

Poor customer service. I was informed that the wait time will only be 10-15 minutes! But they made me wait for 40+ minutes for my food. It’s Nov 17 (10:30pm) so it’s not even rush hour. Crew was not even apologetic for making me wait that long and had the audacity to say that I should just cancel my order. And what???? I would have waited for nothing!!! This is not the first time I have been disappointed with this branch. The wait time and customer service is bad. And the lady who prepared my food did not even put it on a tray until I told her to do so. Ew! She handled money and prepared food without sanitizing after handling money. This branch should be subjected to an audit. So Unhygienic and disappointing. Not up to par with KFC...

I've been to this place (KFC Fuente) several times and everytime I visit this branch I noticed that they can't even fix their faucet (just imagine water droplets coming out instead of the usual running water) and also the hand dryer was not working (again and again)..I don't know if the Manager and the whole team already made a solution on this. One thing, sometimes the gravy they serve had different taste---about to spoiled (experienced twice already and no time to complain since the Supervisor will again respond that they might overlook the product shelf life since KFC practiced gravy must be changed before 24 hrs for food safety)..what happened to your standards re food quality guys? and please provide clean and well...

One star for location. This store prioritizes takeout orders via grab and foodpanda. Slow in taking dine in orders. Tables are not so clean as there are few flies around. I love KFC but the foods in this store is sub par. The new chicken chops are not properly cooked. Too oily when served and the inside seemed uncooked. Other foods like fried chicken are not presentable (compared to other branches). Their sisig ricebowl has too much rice. Hot shots are already low quality.
