Pizza Hut Fuente Osmena — Restaurant in Cebu City

Very disappointed. As a matter of fact, it's the only complaint I have had in the entirety of my vacation. When an American goes to an American restaurant they expect what they would get at home. Horrible Caesar Salad that came out to the table last after the pizza and wings were served... I did not order a pan pizza... I ordered a regular pizza. Tiny glass of beverage and the service was so bad that I never received a refill. Jazz music is not a good choice for dining unless you're in a jazz bar. I like to eat pizzahut over other options, I'm here in cebu for vacation for 6 days, in 4 days I eat pizza in sm cebu and sm seaside and today I tried to eat the shop near the hotel so I ordered veggie lovers but I shocked from the pizza, 1st the pizza not baked well because I feel the dough in my mouth and overall it's worst pizza I eat in all my life also the pizza regular 379p and one drink Pepsi it coast me 500p,if I know the pizza will be like that I swear I'll never eat...

Very bad service.

Requested for service water at the start of our order. They forgot to bring it. Midway we asked again for the Service Water, still no service water received. We already finished eating but no service water.

Until I personally went to the counter and asked for service water. They were surprised and embarrassed for continuously forgetting to bring the service warer we requested.
