If you’re in the mood for some mouthwatering, crispy, and tender lechon, Kuy’s Lechon is the place to be! I visited recently, and I can honestly say it’s some of the best lechon I’ve ever had.

The skin was perfectly crispy, with just the right amount of crunch, and the meat was tender and flavorful. It had just the right balance of spices, making it not too salty but with a deep savory flavor that you can’t get enough of. I also love how they serve it with a tangy, flavorful vinegar dipping sauce—it really complements the lechon so well.

Aside from the delicious lechon, the restaurant itself has a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The staff was friendly and quick to serve, making the dining experience even more enjoyable. The price is also reasonable considering the quality and portion sizes.

To start with, the place isn't organized. The floors are murky from whatever liquid it is. Second, a lot of the staffs are standing around the register area for unknown reason. They don't have the initiative to ask customers if need ng follow up sa order. Imagine waiting for an hour just to be informed na walang garlic rice? And mind you, di ka nila iiinform unless you ask for a follow up on your order. The drinks were also served an hour after ordering it, the desserte wasn't served but placed on the receipt.
