OYO 720 Alt Residences — Hotel in Cebu City

Had a terrible experience from one of the staff of ALT residences (ROGER NACORDA) he caused quite a commotion. Bottomline is, he should try to learn to be more considerate, respectful and patient towards handling other people. Foul words SHOULDN'T and NEED NOT be thrown around lightly. Period. More so, in this industry that he is in, wherein, it values HOSPITALITY above all. It is understandable that we all have our off days, but it should never be an excuse to be disrespectful towards others.

The situation could've been easily put off if there was an acknowledgement (i.e. a simple apology) from his side for his use of foul words, instead he was adamant and lacked accountability ultimately blowing up a situation that could've been...

The staff name Roger Nacorda bad mouthed us while we are trying to asked nicely. He even disrespected us since we are already trying to complain. He told us that we cannot talk to the manager because he insisted he is already the manager. You should check the employees if all are trained and attend seminar about how to accommodate customers especially they are working in the front desk. This type of employee are bad for your business because if this is how they treat your customers it will not definitely go back and not recommend this place. Please address...

ALT Residences is located in Sunset Drive, Lahug, Cebu City. It's a few steps away from the road. The building was just recently built and the experience of the people who are staying here is excellent. The rooms are well-ventilated, there's a water tank which assures there's water always, and the rooms are air-conditioned. The rate is justifiable to the amenities it offers. Compared to the other places within the vicinity, I can say this is the best value offer...
