If you’re seeking an exquisite culinary experience in Cebu, look no further than Oishii Ramen Bai Cebu nestled in Ayala Mall Central Bloc. This gem of a restaurant boasts a delightful fusion of flavors that tantalize the taste buds.
Let’s start with the Oishi Roll Sushi. Each bite was a burst of freshness and creativity. The combination of tender, melt-in-your-mouth seafood wrapped in perfectly seasoned rice and crisp nori was a symphony of textures. The addition of delicate sauces elevated the flavors without overpowering the natural essence of the ingredients. This dish truly exemplifies the artistry of Japanese cuisine.
Next on the culinary journey was the Tantanmen. From the first slurp, it was evident that this bowl of noodles was crafted with expertise and passion. The rich, savory broth, infused with aromatic spices and hints of sesame, enveloped the tender noodles and tender slices of meat. The balance of flavors was impeccable, leaving a lingering warmth that was both comforting and invigorating.
The ambiance of Oishii Ramen Bai Cebu complements the culinary experience perfectly. The attentive staff, including the exceptionally beautiful owner who assisted me, and inviting atmosphere create a welcoming environment for diners to savor each bite and sip.

Ramen shoyo was okay. Price is actually affordable (cheap) I didn't like the meat on my ramen tho, it tasted like grilled pork and was chewy. Also the broth taste abit bland.
Nigiri Plate wasn't to my personal taste. Tamago maki too sweet, salmon sushi still has the fat (it was not removed, it was served 🤦♀️) , tuna one was okay, crabmeat tasted old. Yeah, the crabmeat tasted like it's going to spoil soon. Serving overall was good. Generous actually.
Place was okay, but music background was so off! 😅 the place was playing music from my highschool. I mean it's okay if it's a regular restaurant, but not with a japanese one. It was too off, being in a nice japanese vibed place with the music.
Service was okay. Staff were nice. It was funny tho the waiter had to run after us because their are orders that weren't included in our bill 🤣 good thing he was able to catch up. We felt so bad for him.but it wasn't our fault for sure.
Hope you guys would take reviews...
Read moreI was hesitant to try this restaurant at first because of its name. But after a friend posted a good review on Facebook, decided to finally try it out.
The service and atmosphere was good. There were other customers but there were also enough staff to accommodate you. The restaurant is also spacious which makes for a good experience.
I ordered the White Truffle Ramen since it was the most expensive one and expected it to be the best tasting ramen they have. Unfortunately, it wasn't to my liking. Granted it was my first time trying this, I may have expected some other taste. But the noodles and soup were both good, just not the taste I expected. And I asked for chili paste which wasn't free, but was given chili powder :D
My friend also recommended that I try their Salmon Aburi. It was my first time to try it. And boy was I surprised. It was delicious! So delicious that I ordered another plate. I definitely recommend everyone to try it.
Will be coming here for sure and will give the other ramen...
