I've been dining in here for the nth time but just today I experienced somehow worse than before.
First, I was entertained by one of the staffs to have a table for two then I sat because there was no sign that it was reserved. But,it happened that maybe the supervisor came with maybe customers with a number already and said that's for them. I already sat and I never received an apology before explaining why I should find another table to dine. One of the staffs already told me to sit there in the first place but just suddenly I was being told to transfer. Better put reserved just in case or tell the customers who are going to dine in that based on the line in the cashiers area will be accommodated for the remaining available tables. (This is somehow Customer Service)
Second, when I ate the chicken it was something like half cooked. I could see some red parts and for sure it is still the blood of the chicken. So, I only ate a little part of it and reported the incident to the one of the staffs. But, the time was running and we're almost done eating, there's no one came in to confirm about the earlier report or maybe the staff that we called didn't report it. So, we called the supervisor(maybe) and told her about the incident. That's the time she apologized(take note: she's the person I was talking about in the first scenario) and offered to have refunds or to have a new one but I refused the offer because we were almost done and about to go.
This is just a reminder that Customer Service is very important. I know how busy people are but always consider that if employees or staffs have a very good customer service, there will always be a success on whatever field of business you will have. Hopefully, this will not happen to other customers. For sure, I will still eat in your restaurant because your "PALABOK" is really my favorite. But, please let your staffs be more approachable and always possess a 100% customer service for customers satisfaction. Thank you😉😉😉

During our visit, we placed an order for five dishes that were not part of the unlimited rice option, along with six orders of unlimited rice and halo-halo. Initially, we received the halo-halo and drinks promptly, along with the five non-unlimited rice dishes. However, we experienced a significant delay of one hour in receiving the remaining orders. By the time our remaining orders arrived, many other customers had already been served, including those who arrived after us. This delay was particularly disappointing as it affected our dining experience negatively.

I queued to order, and a staff member approached me and said that they were full at the moment, so he asked me to sit down, and I asked him if I could make the order and then wait he told me to just sit down and wait for him to call me. After a while, he approached me and said that they could accommodate me right now.
