The pricing structure is very confusing.
During my first visit, I paid over 200 pesos for a drink and meaty spaghetti. When I asked about free wifi, I was informed that I needed to pay for one hour, which I did. Later, I found out that a free hour of wifi was included with my meal.
On my second visit, I assumed I only needed to pay for one hour of wifi, as the coupon provided only one hour of connection. After my one hour internet was up, I stayed for an additional two hours without using any wifi, waiting for my cousin to finish his meeting so we could go home together.
When I went to pay, they said they would charge me for sitting there for three hours, despite only using one hour of wifi. I was shocked, especially since the place was not full and it was late at night. I felt misled because I could have chosen another cafe with wifi and used that money to buy food. Paying just for seating was unexpected and surprising.
I also felt embarrassed when the staff pointed out the policy on a digital board, which I apparently misunderstood because no one explained to me. They claimed they had explained this, but if they had, I would have asked for more coupons and used the wifi for the entire three hours. I don't mind paying as long as the charges are clear and fair.
Additionally, I couldn't concentrate well because there was a team holding a meeting in the space and were laughing so loud. I was hoping that a staff member would ask them to lower...

First things first, the vibe here is spot-on. The common work areas are comfy, and they've got chairs that won't wreck your back and plenty of plugs if you use multiple devices. It's like they read our minds and created the perfect work spot.
But here's the kicker: if you want some peace and quiet or need to dive deep into your work, they've got private cubicles that are roomy and soundproof. No distractions, just pure focus.
The Workplace Cafe really knows how to cater to different needs. They've got meeting and huddle rooms in all sizes. Perfect for brainstorm sessions, client meetings, or just a good old chinwag with your team.
What's super cool is the flexibility. You can roll in here for a couple of hours with their hourly passes or go all-in for the day. They get that we don't all work 9-to-5.
The crew here is awesome – super friendly and ready to hook you up with whatever you need. And the Wi-Fi? It's speedy and reliable, so no...
Read moreNo joke, I came in at 5pm and bought a room until 8am...
11pm they told me I had to sit outside for 2 hours because the whole shop was being disinfected for pest control.
Also they knocked and then opened and came in my cubicle to tell me this, showing my whole team their face, very awkward, you knock and you wait... otherwise.. why did you knock?..
They didn't mention this at 5pm (and they must have known)
They cannot even provide me coffee or water for the 2 hours and I am very thirsty.
They were happy to take my money and offered no discount for the lost time or fact that I wouldn't be able to work... (no power outside, my equipment is good but not 2 hours full power good)
Probably they could have done this on weekend or the holiday that just past, at least have a sign on the door and at the counter for the days and times this will happen, a case of a company having PPP (piss poor planning)
The primary function of this location is to facilitate people working, so they should be more careful when they have actions that will stop that.
Nice people, but the company should take the responsibility to train them and set up the correct processes and procedures to keep everyone...
