I want to be as kind as possible but I will be doing the public a disservice if I don't share our nightmarish experience here. The pork belly and the tuna panga they served were burnt on the outside and utterly raw inside. I asked for the belly to be cooked further but it was still served raw. This is notwithstanding the fact that it took almost an hour for them to serve the dishes. The proteins were probably frozed and cooked without thawing. The dishes that came out were really bad: not fresh and tasted weird. It's probably the margarine that they used. The sizzling meals were sold out when we got there so they said we should order their baked scallops and stuffed crab meat instead. First of all, the scallops were not cleaned properly. Other restos we’ve been to usually clean the seafood they serve. Plus the flavor was meh. Too much garlic and not much else. The stuffed crab meat was bland and needed a lot of ketchup to make up for it. It also had pieces of crab shell mixed in so you can’t eat it confidently. It will hurt your mouth. So disappointed with everything we ordered here. Maybe seafood is not their strong suit. Better go some place else if you want great seafood.
