Possibly the cheapest place we've eaten in the whole of the Philippines. We eat here all the time as it cost virtually nothing. The home made bread is great, we recommend the omelettes for breakfast or any meal and the fish curry. If you're of a bigger constitution just get two! I did most of the time because they're so cheap. The staff are friendly enough but the service isn't excellent but understandable seeing how little they must be getting paid. The sign says don't feed the strays but obviously we did and a few of them live in the "garden" that the restaurant looks on to. Come here with no expectation and you'll be fine the beer is cheap too!

I visited this place several times during my vacations in Malapascua and I can say that to find this place was a surprise. The asado here is delicious, among the dishes I tried here, asado was my favourite. Since I’m mexican I love spicy food, so I asked to the waitress for extra spiciness and it was perfect. Not to mention that their prices are more than ok. The place has a beautiful garden which is a nice plus and the best thing is that they have a non-straws policy, so beside the delicious food, they’re also concern about the environment.

The place seem to cater to foreigners as the place is a little overpriced. We ate a few times here trying out different things, none were good. All food that they served was either poorly cooked or overcooked. Very few people ate here while we were in Malapascua. Not surprising because not only was the food bad, the service is even worse. It's like you're inconveniencing them by being a customer. Horrible horrible service.

Don't eat here. Unless you really like hundreds of flies swarming you as you eat your meal. Or cats and dogs begging for food at your feet.

The waitress was the most miserable and moodiest person I've met since travelling the Philippines.

As is normal in Filipino culture the service was terrible. But we're used to that.

The wait time for food was about an hour. And the restaurant was only a quarter full. And we only ordered some simple noodles.

I wouldn't...
