Possibly the cheapest place we've eaten in the whole of the Philippines. We eat here all the time as it cost virtually nothing. The home made bread is great, we recommend the omelettes for breakfast or any meal and the fish curry. If you're of a bigger constitution just get two! I did most of the time because they're so cheap.
The staff are friendly enough but the service isn't excellent but understandable seeing how little they must be getting paid. The sign says don't feed the strays but obviously we did and a few of them live in the "garden" that the restaurant looks on to.
Come here with no expectation and you'll be fine the beer...

The waitress was the most miserable and moodiest person I've met since travelling the Philippines.
As is normal in Filipino culture the service was terrible. But we're used to that.
The wait time for food was about an hour. And the restaurant was only a quarter full. And we only ordered some simple noodles.
