If I could’ve given 0 I will! Please do not give them a chance as we did!!! We were looking for a good seafood restaurant for dinner and locals was all pointing us at lobster king. We were hesitant to go since the reviews were only an average of 3.5 but since the restaurant we want to go to was closed, the local told us that lobster king is the best so we decided to give it a chance. Big mistake!!! We came on a satuday evening at 6:58 pm. The experience was awful! It was 4 of us, we got seated without a smile and the menu was given. We would like to order a local red horse beer and some type of cocktails and the server told us all we have is San Miguel light. So we ordered that and done bottles of water. It’s very irritating because they described their restaurant as a “restobar” and all they have is a light beer!!! Then when we were ordering food, she told us that all the seafood were sold out except squid. So we asked why are you called lobster king if you don’t have any lobster! She said I will check back in the kitchen. She showed up with a small lobster and tried to sell them to us for around $ 56 usd. We refused since I can get that lobster for not even $ 15 in the US. So we ended up ordering a pork barbecue, chicken barbecue, steamed veggies, rice and a kilo of grilled squid. Now the waiting begins. Took 3 people and 30 mins to get the bottled water, another 10 mins to get the beer and 1.5 hours to get all the food. 10 mins in between the veggies and the rice and 15 mins for the protein. When the squid showed up, it looks like it was boiled!!! Mind you we asked for grill without grilled marks!!! We sent it to the kitchen 3 times and 3 times it never had a grilled look so we gave up!!! Then I saw them giving shrimps to the table next to us who was seated after us! We called the server and asked and she said because the shrimp supply came after we placed the order!!! She didn’t even asked us if we wanted the shrimp since they have them now?!?! To add injury to the insult, when it’s time to pay the bill was wrong and charged me an extra rice and extra beer!!! The worst dining experience in my life! Do not give them a chance!!! Overrated without merit! The show can be bought it called advertising! Do not be fooled! I could’ve stayed in our hotel at Westown and eat at their restaurant and have a better food...

We were drawn in by the positive reviews, but our experience was a letdown. The restaurant offered live lobsters and fresh seafood on ice for customers to select and cook.
We opted for a live lobster cooked with butter and garlic. Unfortunately, the lobster tasted bland, overwhelmed by the butter and garlic flavors. This made us wonder how dull it would have been with a fresh (non-live) lobster.
The clams appeared large, so we steamed them. To our dismay, they turned out dry and rubbery, even with a hint of lime. It was the worst seafood dish we've ever encountered.
The grilled squid was equally lackluster in taste. We couldn't decide if it or the clams had a more rubbery texture. It was disheartening to experience such poor seafood quality from a place claiming to be the "No.1 seafood."
The pork skewers were decent but overly sweet due to excessive honey. The crab and corn soup, despite its generous portion, tasted akin to canned soup.
I ordered an iced tea but received an overly sweet lemon tea resembling syrup.
The only positive aspect was the live music, which created a pleasant atmosphere. Despite this, the food quality was unsatisfactory and disappointing. This dining experience left us utterly frustrated, prompting a word of caution for those...

Got in at 2 pm on a Saturday. Not too busy. Waitress are kind but not as attentive. Prices are very good. 4 great size lobsters for about $50 usd (would have paid about $160 for that size in the US). The price of the lobsters depends on the the size (see the menu attached). We had the 300 grams lobsters. They cooked it very well, moist and tasty!
The facility is not airconditioned, it has several ceiling fans. The area is very open with wide open windows. It helps for the air circulation.
Aside from the lobsters, we also had fish, crabs, noodles, rice, mango shake, and buko (coconut) shake. They have a lot of choices in the menu.
There are several hand washing stations equipped with soap and a towel hanging on the wall.
The waitresses told us that they get really busy at night (starting around 6pm) that they are not able to sit some people who comes in late.
The food was so good and cheap that our party of 4 went back the next day.
Please give this review a thumbs up if you find it helpful in any way.
