Well, being honest I don’t know from where start. I can say that the food is good but the quality that they put insade is not really much i can understand because are products from outside.
I gonna write down my experience in Trattoria,
When we arrived they gave us the menu and one long paper with one pen, and i thought maybe for allergies… was not for the allergies if not to order de food.I thought maybe they don’t speak English…I see the menu saying that they charge 10% Service Charge, and they put it like on the side of the food menu like they are a bit shy asking it We ask for a glass of wine because they don’t have on the drinks menu, and the person in charged no even know if one is dry or sweet. I knew both of them just tasting if he has some knowledge about it. No idea… I asked for a beer and they brought the beer almost room tempeturate, i asked back if they can bring me cold one. They did! Pasta of gorgonzola & tomato es 10% gorgonzola 90 tomato sauces, we didn’t feel the gorgonzola. I hate when we are eating one of us is finishing and after 3 seconds the waiter is taking the plate without let finish the other person his/her food. They didn’t speak with us any time. After waiting 10 minuts, we ask the desert menu, we asked for Tiramisu, she come back saying that the Tiramisu is sold, they use walkie talkie but I don’t understand why because they don’t know how to use it think. It’s just to look like they are super organized and they have good communication, But is not.
Time to ask the bill.
We saw that was included the Service Charge . We don’t care to pay service charge when everything is smooth and there is good communication between guest and waiters but we didn’t want to pay because when you put service charge you have to give what you are asking and if you can’t not make it what is the point to give to you service charge. Is super bad because almost all the coron is asking Services Charge without any knowlegde in hospitality and is frustated because they don’t have any idea, is just the idea that we are tourist.
The end of this, they said that they can’t take it off the service charge because is included in the bill. Well, i didnt want to fight with them because there is people eating and is not good give negative vibes to other people.

Read moreWe ordered a Hawaiian Pizza and a Lasagne. The pizza was pretty good, but for that price (550p + 10% service fee) in the Philippines you should get a bit larger pizza. I myself didn’t order the pizza so this rating is based more on the lasagne meal. So for the lasagne I was waiting for the Béchamel sauce, but if it was there it was nonexistent. The whole lasagne was filled with tomato sauce which overpowered the whole dish and made it really wet. Then there were many whole black peppers which were a bit annoying so I had to remove them. I would even say that our frozen store bought lasagne tastes better. The lasagne was a huge disappointment with its price tag (580p + 10% service fee), would not recommend. The location was just on the side of the street without any special view. A more special view would have compensated the price point a little bit. The service was helpful and efficient. This restaurant also takes card payments. So those are the two things I would compliment about this restaurant by my...
Read moreTrattoria Al Forno – Coron Trattoria Al Forno is a real hidden gem in Coron for anyone who loves authentic Italian pizza. The pizzas are freshly prepared and baked in a traditional wood-fired pizza oven, which gives them an amazing smoky flavor and perfectly crisp crust. Each bite is full of rich, authentic taste that really stands out from the usual offerings around town.
You can choose to sit outside on the peaceful terrace and enjoy the warm evening air, or head upstairs to the charming and cozy indoor restaurant. The atmosphere is relaxed, welcoming, and ideal for both couples and groups of friends.
The staff are incredibly friendly, attentive, and polite, which makes the whole experience even more enjoyable. The food is consistently delicious, beautifully presented, and excellent value for the quality you get. The only slight downside is that it’s tucked away off the main road, but it’s absolutely worth seeking out.
Highly recommended for anyone wanting tasty, authentic pizza at terrific value...
