This is the most stupid KFC store I've ever known. My order was only 1 order of Chicken ala King ala carte. I ordered through online and paid via credit card. According to the confirmation email my order has been confirmed at 1:15pm and will be delivered after an hour which supposed to be 2:15pm. I phoned them to follow up but it was only ringing and nobody answered my call. I phoned the hotline call center and I asked for help to follow my order. I was so surprised to know that my order was cancelled and according to the call center agent of KFC, the supervisor of KFC Waltermart Dasmariñas branch phoned me and a male answered my phone and cancelled my order. How come a male answered the call if I'm the only person at home alone and I was with nobody else? They are damn liar. When I talked to the supervisor she insisted that a male answered their call which was a big damn lie. I insisted to deliver my order because it was already paid via credit card but they insisted to add more items because their minimum delivery is 200php. I insisted not to add more items because I was so hungry as a hell that time. So they confirmed they will deliver my order but I have to wait for an hour and 30 mins. which will be total of 3 hours for my order to arrive. Gosh! Read moreI notice only manager is doing the cashier and minsan nagbibigay ng foods for the customer. Also that time parang pagod na sila and nagmamadali. Once I get the receipt. Sabi ng manager tatawagin na lang daw ung number I seated on back of kfc kasi halos puno na kanina.
Mga 20mins ako nag antay ng order so i decided to follow up my order. Then nagulat ako nakalagay lang sa mismong cashier and walang tumatawag sa number na yun. Then I ask the manager “nakalagay lang dito?” then she ignored me and continue at the cashier to take orders. Then habang nakain ako I also notice na security guard ang nagdadala ng pinagkainan ng customer na ang dapat na duty is magbantay lang.
Here is my findings and suggestions:
Monitor/tv at the front of the tv is not working to flash sana ung number sa receipt to see if the order is ready na. And dapat lagyan ng monitor/tv sa likod ng kfc. Dapat gumagana yun to monitor those orders if ready na. Also put some microphone to hear na rin yung number kahit nasa likod ka pa.
Dapat may nag aasist sa kiosk to assist on how to use it. I notice doon na lang din sila pumila sa cashier to manually take orders. And may elder din doon I think na he needs assistance on how to use kiosk.
Ang manager must supervise the staffs hindi as manpower din. Also takes the complaint from the customer as well. Ang galawan parang staff din. Nalamang kong manager sya kasi may nakalagay sa label ng damit nya and nakasabit.
Ang trabaho ng security is dapat magbantay lang hindi mag bust out ng pinagkainan ng customer. Dapat ung crew gumagawa nito. I decided na tignan yung bag ko kasi baka mawala na lang bigla.
All in all lack of manpower so nangyari yung quality ng service is nabawasan na rin kaya naging poor yung rating ko sa inyo. Even though may dalawa na kayong kiosk.
