Mang Inasal — Restaurant in Dasmariñas

We ate our lunch at this branch today (Nov. 18, 2024) Poor customer service of this particular female cashier. We waited in front of her for several minutes. She didn't give us any idea until when she'll keep us waiting so we asked, "Matagal pa ba yan?" She rudely replied, "Saglit lang Sir ha tinatapos ko lang tong pina-punch ko." (She was punching items on the cashier and generating receipts)

When she finally took our order, I asked for less ice on our drinks, she rudely replied, "Dapat sinabi nyo kanina, napunch ko na kasi." Sabi namin, "Hindi ba pwede sabihin na lang sa food counter?" She soon left us and irritably replied, "Sige sabihin ko na lang dun."

How disappointing. May this branch hire respectful and customer service...

I just finish my late lunch here in mang inasal waltermart dasma and it was a very bad experience since i was expecting the same service as we used to have before,the lady who got to serve our food was completely an acceptable they serve my palabok as cold as ice,my two friends got thier chicken inasal without soup and the chicken is not cook properly when u bite it you can see blood inside,but we still eat it and didnt complain,but when we got our halo2× they serve it without spoon, so i came to the lady asking why they serve our food incomplete specialy me because she saw me eating palabok but she leterally told me that i can ask whatever i want with a an attitude.this...

First of all, we came long way far just to visit this branch today at Walter Dasmarinas then the staff and manager said from cashier that they don't have available chicken, how come your restaurant called Mang Inasal if you don't have chicken. Your brand represents the availability of your product or main dish which is absolutely chicken. Pork sisig is too salty, very frustrating.
