Our experience here before the last time was good, and the latest one was during Resurrection Sunday, but sadly our latest one has been the worse. I can totally understand the struggle of a restaurant with only a few waiters/waitress and a full house packed with customers, but aside from the service being way too slow, our orders didn't come the same time (as how our recent experiences were), and the caldereta was disappointingly bland. The staff (that includes the cashier) also needs to be more alert at the customers' summoning by looking at the tables most frequently, because it's just really bad to not be noticed when I'm raising my hands in more than 10 seconds. For sure, the latest visit does not look very well to our visitors from India. It was so embarrassing that our Indian visitor have to stand up and go to the cashier and pay for the meal because there were no attentive waiters and waitresses to collect our bill. Maybe the good things that I can say based on my latest visit were: * the waiters and waitresses were friendly at least (maybe so friendly that they asked me to have a photo with them), * the baked scallops didn't change (fairly buttery as usual – delicious!), * and the interior looks good and inviting for a meal.

the area seats enough people but the vibes inside is just not it? im suspecting its due to 2 things: 1. no background music. it was dead silent. they couldve put atleast a faint resto/cafe music but literally nothing 2. servers doesnt look happy at what theyre doing. not accommodating. no smiles were shown. food was good. we were served the wrong rice but they corrected it. your typical Filipino restaurant EXCEPT they sont have soy sauce or vinegar at the table. we asked for a side of vinegar but the server was hard to talk to and refused to give us one the first time. reason being they dont have the "regular" one and they only have a pinakurat. we asked for one even with additional price and even if its as ridiculous as it sounds. we didnt get billed tho but the vinegar doesnt taste like a pinakurat at all. again, for a Filipino restaurant, having no toyo, suka and calamansi ready is just appalling. i hope they improve their customer service.

3 concerns. Happens today! Straight to the point: 1st the waiting time after our order taken took more than 40 min before it was served. Nothing complicated on our order. Kare kare, scallop and two rice. We ask 1 waiter to follow up our order. Then in a while in cashier area. Some female cashier shouted "1 hour ang waiting time". Sorry we are not informed and it is our fault that we didn't ask. 2nd our order got wrong, instead of kare kare, they gave us caldereta. We could afford to wait for another hour thus we just took it anyway. 3rd we didn't order rice platter and a male waiter served it on our table and we didn't accept it. Told him we didn't order it. Then a few moment another female waiter approach us again insisting we ordered that rice platter. "Sir, ingon sila inyoha jud daw ni" seems anoying. We didn't accept it. Overall experience not worth it. Try other resto instead.

Sept 25 we celebrated a birthday .. I like the atmosphere , the designed . But the staff could not see the warm welcome on their faces even though they greeted me with good evening. When ordering I've known that for a long time but it's okay because I understand kitchen life. We're thirsty. We don't have service water right away. We should sit down and follow them immediately. I asked because the kids are thirsty. To everyone. of the food we ordered, I liked the halo-halo sticky which we enjoyed because they didn't give us a halo2x spoon..I asked because there weren't four spoons but they only gave us two.So I just used the spoon for the rice. There was a male staff member standing like a head, near the cashier, I asked for a spoon ..but he ordered the cashier to get..Thanks to her. I was disappointed that the guy should work as a team because the cashier was busy and he was looking at the customers in a relaxed way. Anyway, thank you and I will...
