McDonald's — Restaurant in Davao City

First of all, the order kiosks were not providing receipts, it looks like it was broken and that there was a jam of receipt papers where the receipts should come out.

However, my real issue was with the service.

I had 5 other orders that came after mine get fulfilled really quick, while mine was taking ages. All I ordered were nuggets and ice cream.

Upon following up on the order, it looks like they weren't even preparing it. it still took a solid 10 minutes after following up for the nuggets to be packed. After that, they almost gave me the order without the ice cream, which they did not prepare in those 10 minutes.

The nuggets were cold, so it's not like they were just freshly fried. It just doesn't seem like they value your time at all. One of the first branches to have their new interior design and to implement a separated counters for Orders and Claims The menus are nicely positioned at the back of the counters where one can clearly check and see. The store is well lit and is child friendly. Many tables and chairs are available to cater huge crowd of customers. The comfort is one of the development. My favorite branch in Davao because it's near my place. It was also one of the first branches to change their counters into two sections–cashier and claim. This actually decluttered the queues by putting all the people to the claim area. And the menu boards behind the cashiers are large enough to be read even by those with eyesight problems, like me. It's pretty neat honestly. Also there's a vast space to separate the dining area from the ordering area.
