Positives: The food took less than 5 minutes to be prepared after ordering

Negatives: cashier didn't seem to understand her job. She gave out the wrong information and change. I asked her if they accepted gcash, which she said yes. However, after receiving the bill they backtracked their statement of using gcash which made it harder to pay for the food. all the tables we ate at were very dirty. Even though it was clean of plates, after personally hand wiping the tables, there was a substantial amount of dirt and residue. the food itself wasn't hot and seemed pretty tough to eat (I ordered the pork BBQ sticks) the service itself wasn't very helpful at addressing our issues

Conclusion: If you're looking for a BBQ restaurant to eat at, I highly recommend a different branch or even a different BBQ restaurant all together. This branch of penongs didn't provide a clean, helpful, or good dining experience as opposed to...

The food was good, as usual and the service friendly. The swarms of aggressive flies made a relaxed lunch impossible, however. Oddly, the staff seemed somewhat confused when asked for takeout containers. When we finally got them, the plastic bags were so small, we had difficulty transferring our food into them.
