Tokyo Tokyo Philippines — Restaurant in Davao City

I was really excited when I heard that Tokyo Tokyo has a branch in SM Lanang. Tokyo Tokyo was one of the restaurants I've been keeping an eye for a very long time.

When I had the chance to drop by the Mall, I decided to drop by the restaurant to give it a try and let me just say that i was one of the worst experience I had with food and staff.

In terms of customer service, their staff wasn't that accommodating and they were very slow in taking orders. And their food? It tasted like a cheap restaurant. If this was Japan, this restaurant was already...

The food was bland"The food was bland. The pork ramen noodles were just your regular rice noodles, and it tasted like soup balut. The customer service was terrible. We clearly ordered the B1 pork katsudon in a regular size (185 pesos) and ramen, but the cashier gave us the D1, which is a bento box costing 280+. I had it changed, but they gave us the supreme pork katsudon instead, even though I specifically requested the regular size. They also didn’t give us a receipt for our bill. Overall, 0/5 – would not...

Service is very poor. We wait our order for more than 30 minutes and one of the stuff said we need to wait another 25 minutes...WTH...that's already almost one hour... You wait for long time and should be expect the food will be good but it's a mess... The rice was over cooked, the chicken is cooled. For almost one hour we wait for this kind of food. When planning to have food trip at SM lamang I will not recommend this restaurant. But I don't know the other Tokyo Tokyo branches, maybe it's not like...
