Food: Theyve got good food actually and great deals. I think its worth the price since most of the meals let you have unli rice, unlie soup and unli gravy. I ordered the sizzling burger steak, which gives you two hefty patties, so I was incredibly full by the end. The thing is, Id probably only come once in a while since you start to feel the greasiness of the food or "sum-od" in bisaya. Halfway through I started slowing down and feeling the grease catch up to me, but I managed to finish. Service: The service was quite good, though this is considering that it was busy but not completely packed. The waiters are responsive and answer questions about the unli options. Atmosphere: The place can get very crowded quickly since its near Silliman and its not too spacious. They still manage to make due with the space and its furnished well enough. It can feel quite cramped though.

The food quality has been getting worse every time I visit. I went with a group of four around 11 a.m., and the service was very slow. Three of us received our food, but my mom, who ordered bangus, had to wait 48 minutes—this was confirmed by the time on the receipt. Today, I decided to give Mr. Sizzlers Silliman another chance. They served the salpicao with plain white rice, which tasted strange, and didn’t include any mixed vegetables. I also ordered an extra scrambled egg, but it came out dark, clearly cooked in old, overused oil. What used to be our go-to spot for family Sunday brunch is now a place I’ll avoid. Even local carenderias have better food quality than this place. To add: aircon is leaking while we are eating. Making the experience a whole package.

I visited this resto due to the recommendation as a must to go resto nearby. Bringing with me a high expectation especially with the taste since my palate looks for Mexican taste. It seems the resto is old and needs some renovation. The taste isn't that tasty, yes, it's an inspired Mexican cuisine but near it isn't. Better eating at the Mexican push cart themed. Well food presentation is okay but I'm really that satisfied with the taste. I suppose to taste other menu but trying my fav taco, tells me once is enough.. Maybe before the resto menu is delicious but now.. It's different.. A lot happen during pandemic.. Tsk tsk.. Edited: I eated in Mooon Cafe not in Mr. Sizzler. Someone must have edited since moon Cafe have changed location

Honestly they don't deserve a star. We traveled 6 hours to have a Christmas dinner there and we went to the place earlier that day so that we can book our Christmas dinner they said no reservation was needed. So we went there @ exactly 7 pm to avoid lining up. Because we believe a lot of customers might eat that night. So we arrived and chose a table and sat down. As we ordered our food, my wife asked if they had any cakes as dessert but unfortunately they did not but we could bring our own. So my wife and I decided to go out to buy the cake, leaving my children, maid, and her son at the restaurant. It took us a while to get back we assumed all the food would be there. There were only plates, bowls, cups, and juices. The juices were nice so waited for the food since it was a lot. First, 2 sisig, fish tinola arrived and it looked sad. Just one sliced tuna fish, and 2 very small sliced-up tomatoes floating in the water. It didn't even taste good. We hoped to get all the food so that way we could take a picture but we were too hungry to wait. My wife ordered a fajita salad, and when it came it was raw. Did they want us to eat raw dough? My wife spoke up to one of the workers and she said it was supposed to be fresh like that. So she asked them to cook it and when it arrived it was half cooked but at least it was better than it being fully raw. In the end, all our food did not arrive. I can't believe they forgot our MAIN dish. Everyone else already had their food even when they came hours before us. In conclusion, I can say these people are very disrespectful and lazy.

Never we will eat here again. We advise you please don't eat or dine because you might end up...

I don't normally post negative reviews because it is unfair for business owners and the business itself to get low ratings and negative feedback because of the crews' fault. I eat here often with my colleagues and, on most days, food is served normally between 15 to 25 minutes. There have been multiple instances though where our food were served over 30mins and we just pacify each other that their kitchen could be busy or whatever but today was unacceptable. After waiting for almost 40 minutes, the cashier approached me and said that I needed to wait 15-20 mins more because they changed their kitchen oils. Meaning, my humble order of 1 sizzling fried chicken took them almost 40 mins to start preparing and another 15-20 mins to cook. When I asked for a refund, the manager came out but didn't even bother speaking to me to at least show some concern towards the situation. She just approved my refund request and that's it.

If this continues to happen, more and more customers will eventually stop patronizing the business. Even if it's just a few customers a day leaving dissatisfied of the service despite how okay the food is, it's still a loss for the business. Eventually, these dissatisfied customers will grow in numbers and that will cost the owners greatly. All because of lazy, inattentive service crews who couldn't care less for...
