Customer service SUCKS! First time i went the service crew are lost didn’t gave the right order.. second time was my girlfriend decision I gave a chance but my do they ever gonna get worse, mindless lady on the counter, if not blind or deaf, ignorant empty-headed! We waited hrs for our order to be serve. No service water after the order was out, need to give a waiving hand game to ask for their attention, i keep waiving and even tried to yell out for their attention but just too ignorant they’ll just look at you bluntly, and when they do serve you they give you this look in their face which will make you worry for your next food being served, they just don’t give a damn on their customers. I suggest to count your change before leaving, man do they even scam you if your not paying attention. I paid P1000 for a P200 bill and they gave me a change of P675, really? Really? That’s a no brainer calculation.. The price and view is okay but there are other reato that offers the same. If your a walk in customer here, you’ll just suffer on their service.. I will NEVER EVER BE coming back here and will never ever recommend to anyone.. Ps: i only have the picture of my change, too bad i should have documented everything, but im no vlogger so please bare with me.

The location is good = 4.5. From here, we only walked going to the port to go to Siquijor Island. The room or hotel itself = 3. As others said, it is what it is - cheap, somehow cozy, small room, lots of Filipino food choices in their menu, nothing fancy inside the room and shower, old school provincial interior design, toilet is ok, budget friendly. If you have a huge built like those Europeans/Americans, definitely the bed is small for you. They have a bar outside so if you are on the first floor, you will hate the noise. Good spot to see that wonderful sunrise. Amazing that the sea doesn't smell. The good breeze in the morning and warmth of the sunlight is the best feature of this hotel --- what is outside. Large park in front where you can just sit, drink beer, appreciate the sea and chill out since it's not crowded.

Did not stay here but ate breakfast here on our last day in Dumaguete. Very friendly staff but not much of an experience. The Chorizo my cousin ordered (chosilog) was so small like a cotton ball. They never got my order right (I ordered scrambled egg, I had sunny side up; I ordered tea, she gave me coffee). The beef tapa is not good, it doesn't even look like beef tapa (I'd rather eat Jollibee's). I'd give a star for the view (it overlooks the sea as it is located in front of Rizal Boulevard). The price is OK (100-150php) but I can get better offer for the same price. Could do better, please. P.S. The garlic bread is literally GARLIC ON BREAD. See for yourself.

The hotel is located across the blvd. from the water. It’s a wonderful location from which to walk about, or enjoy the park along the waterfront. I understand that the best rooms are on the ground floor. The walls are thin, upstairs, I am told. My room number 8 was one of those on the ground floor. It has no view and at first glance looks in need of a facelift. It is, however, soundproof from the very good and very loud, live music that goes on 'til very late. The aircon worked, no bed bugs, or roaches, good WiFi, hot water, so it served me well enough. The complimentary breakfast matches the lackluster state of my room. Sit outside, enjoy looking out on the water, drink some cold beers and enjoy the music. The...
