11:11 Cafe X Bistro — Restaurant in El Nido

This was one of the worst restaurant visits of my life. We had to wait a little longer for service that was okay. But then we ordered our dishes. There were four of us there. After placing the order the waitress came 10 minutes later and told us that 2 of the dishes, my friend's and mine, were out of stock. Therefore, we chose something else. Can happen times. 5 minutes later another waitress came. From the original dish of my friend would still be a portion available they could make this.... So he took this then but. Then another 10 minutes later, the waitress came again, because my ordered dish was no longer in stock and that of my wife also no longer. Again, we kindly ordered something else.... When we finally after 1.5 hours that food was served, came 3 dishes, the food of my friend was missing. The waitress apologized to him he had to order something else.... Whereupon he wanted to have nothing more...

I find this an absolute impertinence only when serving the dishes to say that this dish is no longer available although here was extra still assured there would still be a portion after actually already reordered. The time something is out can happen ... That 4 times had to be reordered by different people because the dishes were sold out you can actually live with vllt it went well on the day.... But that only when serving the dishes is communicated that one of the four dishes but is not available is not at all.... And the ordered dish of my friend was said it would be sold out, then it was said but there is still a portion and then when serving but nothing came ...

All in all, the evening was very disappointing because even the dishes were not worth the stress in our opinion because they have not earned more...

A very underrated place outside of the noisy city center of el nido. The food were delicious, i was not expecting it because they have alot of things on their menu, and with my experience when they offer a lot they sacrifice the quality, but this one doesnt. The sisig a filipino food, was so delicious. The waiters were also super nice and polite. The food were quality and the service was excellent. I cannot recommend this place enough.This restaurant is also very affordable, offers half the price compared to the city center, its crazy cause its just 2 mins walk...

Das war der schlimmste Restaurantbesuch meines Lebens. Wir waren zu viert dort und haben unser Essen bestellt. Nach 10 Minuten kam die Bedienung und hat uns informiert, dass es das bestellte Essen von meinem Kumpel nicht mehr gab. Kein Problem, schnell umbestellt. Nach weiteren 10 Minuten kam jedoch eine andere Bedienung um uns mitzuteilen, dass es auch das Essen von meinem Mann nicht mehr gibt. Kein Problem, umbestellt. Nach weiteren 5 Minuten kam erneut eine Bedienung, das ursprünglich bestellte Essen von meinem Kumpel gibt es doch noch. Sehr schön, nehmen wir. Dann jedoch kam wieder eine mit der Information es gibt das Essen doch nicht. Okay, umbestellt. Wiederum später kam eine Bedienung, das umbestellte Essen von meinem Mann gibt es auch nicht. Okay, Versuch Nummer drei. Als dann wieder eine Bedienung kam und gesagt hat dass es auch mein Essen nicht mehr gibt, ist es kaum zu glauben, dass wir überhaupt noch geblieben sind. Schließlich kam das Essen, außer das von meinem Kumpel, das gibt es auch nicht. Dieser hat dann gänzlich aufs Essen verzichtet und sich später woanders was geholt. Wir haben tatsächlich unser Essen gegessen obwohl es qualitativ nicht besonders gut war, vorallem nicht für diesen Stress. Am Ende wollte ich einen Rabatt für unsere Unannehmlichkeiten, zumal sie sich vielmals entschuldigt hatten. 5% waren kein Problem, ich wollte jedoch mehr. Auch da sind sie problemlos eingelenkt, jedoch haben sie sich bei den 10% Rabatt verrechnet. So haben wir für den ganzen Stress nur 80 Pesos Rabatt bekommen, noch nicht Mal der Preis für ein Bier dort. Unmöglich! Wir...
