I recently had the pleasure of embarking on a boat tour in the stunning Philippines, and it was an experience that left me in awe of the country's natural beauty. The tour, organized by Mad Good a reputable local company, provided an unforgettable adventure that showcased the Philippines' breathtaking landscapes and vibrant marine life.

From the moment we set sail, the tour guide's enthusiasm and knowledge about the region were evident. Their passion for the Philippines was infectious, and they shared fascinating stories and historical facts about the various islands we visited. Their expertise added depth to the tour, making it more than just a sightseeing trip.

The boat itself was well-maintained and comfortable, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable ride throughout the journey. The crew members were friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with any needs or concerns. Safety precautions were also taken seriously, with life jackets readily available and a thorough safety briefing provided before departure.

The highlight of the tour was undoubtedly the breathtaking landscapes we encountered. The crystal-clear turquoise waters, pristine white sand beaches, and towering limestone cliffs were straight out of a postcard. We had the opportunity to explore hidden lagoons, swim in secluded coves, and snorkel in vibrant coral reefs teeming with colorful marine life. The sheer beauty of the surroundings left me speechless and made me appreciate the wonders of nature even more.

A friend recommended this tour and we are so grateful! This was our first tour in El Nido and it was epic!! It costs a little more than the other tours, but it is money WELL SPENT! Boat: it is a unique pink and red colour which makes it stand out, there are cushions, bean bag chairs and rope hammocks to chill which the other boats don’t have. When you are out for a whole day, having the choice of comfortable places to chill is a big perk! There were also much smaller groups than the other big tours. We had 14 customers total. Crew: Mark was a fantastic team leader and kept everyone smiling while providing excellent customer service and keeping us safe. The whole crew was happy to help and very professional. DJ: We had DJ Cous-Cous from Spain on the decks which was a fantastic bonus. We could see all the other tours looking at our boat as we were the only ones with entertainment 🤟 Food: there were lots of options, quality was very good and served on wood plates with wood cutlery, not single use plastic 👍 bottomless rum and coke and gin and juice was available too!

Experience in general was 5 stars! This tour sets itself apart from the competition with little details that go a long way. Kyle was an excellent host and we will probably be doing another tour with Mad Good before we leave El Nido. I highly recommend this tour for anyone visiting...

If you’re heading to El Nido and wondering which boat tour to book, stop looking — Mad Good is the one. Hands down, this was the highlight of my entire trip. From start to finish, everything about the experience was, well… mad good.

The crew was super friendly and made everyone feel like old friends from the moment we stepped on board. They knew all the hidden spots — not just the typical tourist stops, but secret lagoons, private beaches, and snorkeling spots where we had the reef almost entirely to ourselves. Every place we visited looked like a postcard come to life. Mark was specially friendly and Kyle is the most welcoming dude!

Lunch was unreal — fresh grilled seafood, chicken, spring rolls, fruits, and island-style dishes that beat most restaurants in town. They even had options for vegetarians and made sure everyone was happy. And the vibe on the boat? Pure magic. Good music, chill atmosphere, plenty of time to swim, relax, and take in the insane beauty of Bacuit Bay.

You can tell these guys love what they do — it’s not some rushed, cookie-cutter tour. They give you the time and space to actually enjoy El Nido the way it should be enjoyed: at your own pace, surrounded by nature, with good people and great energy.
