We visited your establishment and ordered a watermelon juice, but what was served to us was watermelon pulp diluted with water. When I approached the staff to ask about it, they insisted they don’t dilute it with water. If that’s true, then it must have been a bad watermelon. Secondly, we ordered coffee with oat milk, but it was served with regular milk instead. The third issue is much more serious. When we arrived and sat down at our table, there was smoke inside the establishment. I decided to check what was causing it and saw that the oven was smoking. The smoke wasn’t just incidental—it was caused by the fact that, instead of proper firewood, you were burning pieces of furniture, fittings, or some kind of wood that had been treated. The intense smoke happened because the furniture, obviously, had some kind of coating, like a waterproof layer or varnish. This material is entirely unsuitable for cooking food. Additionally, when I placed the glass of watermelon juice on a neighboring table, signaling that I didn’t like it and wouldn’t drink it, a waitress came over and told me that I wouldn’t have to pay for it, but the cost would be deducted from their salary. This surprised me greatly—why would such a practice exist? Lastly, we noticed that the bar counter is being used by waitstaff to prepare certain orders, like waffles with peanut butter. The same staff who handle cash payments are preparing food with unwashed hands. This is a clear violation of sanitary standards. Also when we ask about manager waiters said that “he’s not here” This experience was extremely disappointing.

The only negative experience we've had in Siargao was dining in this place. Customer service was horrible but the food was even worse. The place was packed when we first went there so we waited near the entrance close to the cashier for almost 5 minutes and not one staff tried to accommodate, reach out nor talked to us. Everyone was trying to avoid eye contact. Then I called this staff who was passing by and asked for a table but none was available yet. So I informed her that I was willing to wait and will be on the stairs near the entrance and she nodded. 10 minutes of waiting and several group of diners left and no one was still calling us for our table. Then 2 groups of new diners came and walked in to a table without queueing and was attended by the same lady to a table. We just left after that. The photos of the food attached was from the next afternoon. We figured to dine in extra early to get a seat but only to be disappointed by the quality of the food. The nachos and the chicken wings tasted like it was only homemade and reheated. The pizza was so-so. Kermit's pizza is wayyyy better.

We had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. During our visit, my 3-year-old accidentally broke a small dessert plate — something any parent would understand can happen with toddlers. To our surprise, the staff charged us ₱360 for the broken plate without any clear explanation or prior notice that such a policy even existed. I understand if customers are asked to pay for intentional damage or expensive items, but this was clearly an accident caused by a child, and the amount they charged felt unreasonable and excessive for a simple dessert plate. What made it worse was the lack of empathy or consideration from the staff. Restaurants should practice understanding and fairness, especially toward families with small kids. Sadly, this experience left us feeling disappointed and unwelcome. Definitely not the kind of hospitality we expected. Imagine, the broken plate cost more than what we actually ordered and even more than the service charge!

The food is good and the atmosphere is nice but the customer service is AWFUL. First of all, one of the lady cashiers is always rude, doesn’t smile and has no manners whatsoever, no thanks, enjoy or hi. She’s extremely impolite. All the male staff is super nice and lovely but the attitude with some of the ladies is shocking. Secondly, we ordered appetizers and mains, never in my life have I seen a restaurant bring all the food at the same time - appetizers and mains? Usually staff can ask, would you like a few minutes between courses or for us to bring the main after you finish your appetizers? And that’s fine. But bringing it all at once is absolutely ridiculous... and actually we did ask to have a few minutes between courses but it was disregarded. Once we finished our main course we wanted to keep one menu because we wanted dessert. The lady kept coming to our table rushing us (the restaurant wasn’t even busy or full) and she was annoyed when we asked for a few more minutes. We literally just finished three appetizers and two mains, we wanted a few minutes before dessert. Anyway, very poor customer service. Rushing the customers, wasn’t even busy, super rude cashier and not even a thank you and goodbye. Used to be my favourite restaurant, we used to be regular customers but I’ve never seen such poor customer service and attitude. We did spend 1500 for our meal and we also paid 1400 for a Christmas cake. So thats a lot of money to be treated...

Visited this spot with a group, we all ordered a variety of drinks, appetizers, and mains. We asked the waiter about the kind on tuna used with the spicy tuna pasta, and the waiter said it was CANNED. Needless to say, we weren’t expecting a seafood restaurant to use canned seafood, so we skipped that dish. The appetizers were fine- ordered the fried calamari, spinach and artichoke dip, and fritto misto. All were fine, they give 6 breadsticks for the dip which were a bit dense and flat. Most mains were fine- however the chicken satay was made with dark meat and looked a bit undercooked. I ordered the seafood marinara, which included two unsightly clams that looked and tasted a bit too fishy for my preference. The muscles were also difficult to open, and the meat stuck to the shell. It shredded as I was trying to remove the muscle from the shell. I’ve never had a fresh muscle be so difficult to open and eat. I also found a single green pea in my dish, which is not supposed to be in the dish. It made me wonder- how fresh is the seafood and how organized is the kitchen?

The waiter did take back the chicken dish, and was attentive to our group. The drinks were also good.

All in all, I don’t trust the consistency of the seafood enough to come back, there’s a lot of other places in the area to visit as an alternative. Especially...
