Honest review - I give this Greek taverna a solid 5/5 for its delectable food, stellar staff attitude, and inviting ambiance. As a discerning food critic, my primary focus is on the culinary experience, and this restaurant exceeded expectations. The flavors were exceptional, and the staff's warmth added to the overall charm. However, I must note that during dinner, the understaffed situation became apparent. It took a while for us to receive menus, and the order process was delayed due to the staff busyness. The bustling atmosphere, while lively, resulted in a wait of over an hour for our food. Additionally, several menu items were unavailable, leading to repeated disappointments for my friend. Despite these challenges, the staff remained positive and friendly, handling the chaos with a smile. It's evident that they are dedicated to maintaining a pleasant atmosphere, even in the face of exhaustion. I would recommend increasing the number of servers during peak hours to enhance the overall dining experience. One suggestion for improvement is to add a fan to the left side of the counter. The warmth inside the restaurant was noticeable, and a fan could contribute to a more comfortable dining environment. In conclusion, this Greek taverna has immense potential, and with some adjustments, it could become an even more exceptional dining destination. The portions of food here are tiny, child size dishes and not in the fun “tapas” style you can find at some places. With Greek food you want an abundance of food that is honoring the rich dining culture, but unless you spend an absolute fortune here you will leave hungry.

Extreme inflated prices with 7% on top for service that is quite poor. Staff seems friendly at first, but they are apparently trained to look at you absolutely shocked when you speak up about the food like they never heard a complaint before…

Dear owner; you have guest because of the 4.5 stars but more people will read and see the pictures of the tiny plates. It’s not Europe here, don’t be so unbelievably skimpy. You give 4 single fries with gyros. You serve 4 tiny slices of potato with a PHP400+ piece of chicken. It’s by all means not a fine dining Michelin restaurant where that is appreciated. On a closing Dutch note; the kapsalon is an insult to everyone who ever had one and enjoys a full meal out of them.

Worst possible experience in a place that was nevertheless trustworthy. For Greek cuisine, it's already expensive to start with... But when they are unable to serve me the cuisine I ask for! I ask for a moussaka, they forget to cook it for me. I agree to wait more time, 10 minutes, 15 minutes, 20 minutes. Each time these incompetents come back to see me to tell me that it's almost ready. In the end, an hour of waiting. FOR A MOUSSAKA! A moussaka that I ultimately never had, because they had a problem with the oven. Problem: my neighbor at the table got her moussaka, even though we ordered at the same time! So naturally I decide to leave, but of course, before leaving, I am paying for everything. EVERYTHING. No commercial gestures, no respect or reduction to apologize. Nothing. So, next time, simply close the restaurant if you are unable to manage the evening service. Don't try. Other Greek restaurants are of much better quality in the city! This restaurant just doesn't deserve your money. They don't know any kind of respect...
