I missed out on trying other restaurants because I kept coming back for their delicious food!

Pros & Cons Pros: The food, the place, and the service… Amazing! Cons: You’ll keep coming back… and might end up skipping other restaurants!

Food: 1.) I absolutely loved the Corned Beef Breakfast Burrito, it kept me full the entire day! I paired it with their Dirty Matcha, which kept me wide awake even after running the Siargao Marathon. Totally worth it!

2.) On my second visit, I tried the Full Filipino Breakfast, a real feast of flavors! It had the perfect crispiness of dried danggit, a creative twist on sardines, okra with a special bagoong, a sunny-side-up egg, and tasty tapa, all paired with flavorful garlic rice. It also comes with suka (vinegar) that ties all the flavors together. Surprisingly good!

Service: From the moment I entered until I left, I received excellent service from Vincent. Very professional and friendly!

Ambiance: The place is air-conditioned, which made the whole dining experience super comfortable.

Bonus: The location is strategic. Perfect for grabbing a bite after doing an ice bath at Mujo, which is just next...

Over two days, we thoroughly enjoyed Brunch Spot, sampling a range of their offerings. Everything we tried was fantastic, from the roasted eggplant tartine and hearty breakfast burrito to the wholesome granola bowl and decadent brownie with vanilla ice cream. The food is clearly made with care and high-quality ingredients. Beyond the delicious food, they also serve up excellent coffee – possibly the first truly strong and satisfying cup I've had in the Philippines!

The space itself is cute and modern, creating a pleasant atmosphere for dining. A definite bonus is the reliable and fast wifi, making Brunch Spot a great option for those looking to get some work done while enjoying a meal. The fact that they also offer takeaway is super convenient.

My only recommendation for improvement would be addressing the access/entrance path. During rain, it becomes completely flooded, making it impossible to avoid getting your feet wet. This is a significant issue that hopefully they can resolve soon.

Overall, though, Brunch Spot is a winner. Great food, great coffee, a nice atmosphere, and convenient takeaway. Highly...

I ain’t gonna lie, for me the food here is tasty . We used to come here everyday since we came to Siargao and even recommended to our friends. Unfortunately today we had an incident with the manager who was really rude and disrespectful to my friend after a misunderstanding with one of the waiters. For me it was uncomfortable to sit and hear her yelling and embarrassing my friend in front of the whole restaurant, we left with a super overpriced bill and a bad feeling caused by the manager. We tried to run a conversation with her but as we speak she just left our table in the rudest way I’ve ever seen a manager do. If you don’t know how to speak to your costumer- please don’t. And if you know you’re wrong- please apologize instead of yelling and blame your costumer on something your workers did.

Rose the waiter was so nice to us even after everything happened and we want to let her know that this is not her fault. After the misunderstanding the manager yelled at rose and we think she cried:(

We will never come...

I’m not always one to believe the hype when everyone in town says this or that is the place to go for brunch, but honestly this lived up to the hype! The food was absolutely delicious, with some creative offerings as well. I had the eggplant toast—which was MASSIVE and was loaded up with eggplant spread, feta, pomelo, crispy fried bits, and a poached egg. One of the most creative toasts I’ve ever had! My friend had the pancakes and they were also divine—dripping in a caramel-y syrup and piled high! Missing desserts back home, I also had a piece of the apple piece for dessert and it was one of the best western desserts I’ve had in Asia (if you have a sweet tooth like me you know the struggle of finding western pastries or baked goods that are decent in Asia). All in all I totally recommend this place! The atmosphere was nice, open-air (but a bit chilly in the AC) and modern western vibes. Located behind the main road down a small alley — look for the wooden sign they put at the street.

I expected much more from this place, and I honestly cannot understand how it has such a high rating. I ordered the Full English Breakfast for $8, and it was a complete letdown. The 2 tiny slice bacon were dry and overcooked, and the hash brown was similarly dry with no flavor. The tomatoes were old and uncleaned, and the spoonful of canned beans and mushrooms added nothing to the plate. The only decent items were the two eggs and a piece of bread with butter, but that's hardly worth the price. To make matters worse, I ordered a mango mimosa, which was just awful. It tasted overwhelmingly of cheap champagne, with no mango flavor at all, clearly due to using low-quality ingredients. The tiny, sad slice of mango used as decoration was laughable and not at all reflective of the price charged. It feels like this place is more interested in making a profit than providing quality food. Extremely disappointed and I highly DO NOT recommend this place.
