Service is bad. No provide of service water when eating here. I noticed they also have a charge if you want to charge a phone.
Okay on to the food. Ordered matcha latte, after waiting 10 minutes the waiter comes back to tell they don’t have the ingredients for matcha latte so if I want to change my order 🤷♀️ I mean, tell me earlier please, you could’ve known this and told me upon placing my order.
Then the meal; they have a favorite Loco-Moco Chicken. I had it and have to say that the rice was really bad. It was too moist/soggy and really sticky. Come on guys, Filipinos can do better isn’t it?! Taste of the meal was otherwise ok.
Other meal was Cornsilog, a Filipino breakfast dish. The rice here was exactly the same soggy stuff, not great. But, we expect fried rice since ‘si’ sinangag should not be steamed rice. Disappointing really.
When still eating the waiter starts cleaning up our table, why such a rush? The restaurant wasn’t even busy at that time.
Overall this place isn’t worth it for the price you pay. They should level up their service...

I recently had the pleasure of dining at NALU Café, and I can't express enough how wonderful the experience was! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service that made us feel right at home. 🌟
The food was absolutely incredible—each dish was a delightful burst of flavors that left us craving more. To top it all off, they surprised us with a complimentary cookie and ice cream while we were enjoying our meal. Such a thoughtful touch! 🍪🍦
The café also offers free Wi-Fi for an hour, which was perfect for staying connected while savoring their delicious offerings. 📶
A special shoutout to our waitress, who was an absolute sweetheart. She paid close attention to every detail and ensured that we had everything we needed, making our visit truly memorable. Her kindness and attentiveness were the cherry on top of an already fantastic experience. 🍒
I wholeheartedly recommend NALU Café—100% a 10 out of 10! If you're looking for a place with incredible food and even better service, this is it. Can't wait...
Read moreI paid 190 pesos for a ‘medium’ cup of coffee that didn’t even reach almost half of the cup that I paid for. I paid extra 10 pesos for their non-spill proof coffee cup - coffee spilled all over my shirt. How hard is it to make a customer happy by getting a decent amount of coffee? I don’t think it’s that hard. I’m sorry but your coffee is overpriced and not worth it. Better to get coffee somewhere else.
Service is not bad.
Update: I appreciate the response from the owner/manager so I’ll give 5 stars for...
