Ronaldo's Inn & Restaurant — Restaurant in General Luna

Starting with the service, We spend 20 minutes until somebody came and took the order. We had to take the menu by ourselves. When a woman came to take the order she went to take a break out side for 10 minutes. We waited 30 minutes for her to inform us that they don’t have the chicken dish although she said they have before she took a break. After we reorder the food, it took more than 45 minutes for her to bring it to us.

The food that arrived was unclean and the beef was frozen inside. When we said that we don’t going to pay for the dish that was already late and frozen inside, the woman did not let us go. We asked for the manager many times but she was making us to wait until she finally said he wasn’t there and went for vocation. We left and paid for the dish we did not eat.

We don’t recommend this place to anyone, there is a lot of good restaurants in General...

Stayed here for two nights. I find this place to be very convenient as it is situated on a busy street where souvenir shops, restaurants, and surf shops are just steps away. To be honest, accommodations here are mediocre. The rooms are of reasonable price (compared to that of other hotels and inns in the island). Water heater wasn't functioning that time but air conditioning is pretty cool. The food takes up longer time to be served but has a handful of serving per plate. Their pork barbecue taste great but is more pricey compared to other food joints nearby. The restaurant is spacious where you can enjoy drinks (alcoholic or not) with friends while having a fun chat but its ventilation is poor. They should put up some humidifiers or the like to fight off the heat. Overall, I recommend you stay in...

All comments here regarding poor service is correct. Even locals here know that its super dead slow in this particular restaurant. The food is okay-ish but the speed of service sucks. All service personnel need to up their speed.. to think that its not so full when we went there, took more than 1 hour for our order to arrive!! Beer came 45 minutes after.. the meals were served first but without rice.. and took another 5 minutes before rice arrived.

A bad first night for me but this doesnt ruin Siargao for me.. why?there's loads of restaurants in the vicinity!
