Lechon Haus - SM City General Santos — Restaurant in General Santos

I give this 2 star so the restaurant and the management can enhance more of there service for the betterment of the customer.. my experience was indeed good the food is great but the service of the restaurant especially the cashier who get your order is not so good... The story was Me and my father order in the food but the cashier was in a rush to get our order.. so she forgets to ask if my father is a senior citizens.. Sad to say we didn't take discount for my father as senior citizens of the Philippines... The management should take action and property protocols to make sure this accident would not be experience by other customers especially in our senior citizens customer.. I am here to speak on behalf of the senior citizens community.. So please don't let this happen again.. take time to get the order of your customer for they will be glad for that...

Lechon Haus undeniably has the worst service, from the cashier (looking at you - Staff Manager Aldrin) who can be compared (or much worse) to a girl on her period. His demeanor is not inviting - does not look at the customer but rather fixated on his phone when taking orders; even raises his voice at the customer for no reason when being asked on the price difference between a Pepsi Regular and a Pepsi Black on Can.

I can not believe that this is the becoming of a staff - much more the manager. Talks about how obnoxious and unprofessional their service is.

The food although tasty has a miniscule serving size (see picture). We ordered L2 and the size of the Lechon is almost a laughing stock. All in all, I have tried other Lechon Haus branches but this is the worst...

An Iloilo import, Lechon Haus could give local Pinoy fastfoods a run for their money. Their Lechon Belly is crispy and tasty as good Pinoy lechons should be. They even have a spicy variety. Check out their Half Half, a combo meal of Lechon Belly and Lechon Manok. There's also Grilled Bangus Belly if you like fish instead. For starters, order their superior Sigang Lechon and their Garlic KangKong. Desserts? Choose between the creamy Buko Pandan or the heavenly Halo-Halo. You can't miss on either one.
