Angel's Pizza - Iloilo — Restaurant in Iloilo City

Dissapointing...not coming back to this place for their prices and service...

So went there to try the hype.. Ordered the Overload Pizza and Holy Seasoned Fries and a couple of bottled water... Sat and waited for my order, i had #94, it was a bit busy but already after the dinner rush hour, around 8pm..25 minutes in, still no order not even the fries or the water...then came a call for orders #96 and 97, who i noticed came in later than me...they also ordered pizza by the way... Oh, and there was another one who took 2 pizzas for takeout...

So i asked a server politely for a follow up of my order seeing i was a couple of numbers ahead..no feedback

10minutes later another big order arrived for another group who also came in later than me.. Again i asked a different server this time for a followup..and 5minutes later she gave me my fries..like whuuuut? 30mins for fries???

5mins later as another order was being served up i asked a 3rd different server for a followup.. keep in mind i was still civil at this point...i waited for 10minutes with no feedback whatsoever...

I just got up, walked to the counter and asked for a damn refund if they are still not ready with my order even after serving those who arrived later than me.. turns out my order was just sitting at the food disply counter for who knows how long.. already cold..and i had to follow up for 3 times??!! With no results??

F#%k that.. for their prices and flavors offered i can go to other pizza places, even mainstream franchises, and still get better service. They refunded me fast tho.. i'll...

The resto is famous for their "Spinach Pizza". It was indeed worth spending for. The food is expensive but worth the value. We also tried their Spaghetti and it is overwhelmingly flooding with sauce(lesser meat, full of tomato sauce). I don't personally like it for a Spag. The bottled(300ml) softdrinks costs 50pesos each and to my surprise, there is a 90 peso 1.5L Softdrinks which the counter did not offer to us instead of the 2 small bottles I ordered. The service is quick (Maybe because there are only 2 tables occupied). They are actually not into "presentation of the food". The pizza is not evenly sliced with the toppings messed up at the top (spinach pizza). The pizza is served in a tin pan which do not sit on the table evenly (it rotates if you are getting a slice). There is a comfort room. There is only 1 power outlet. The crew is a bit noisy and not that accomodating. The resto is airconditioned. Again, the Spinach Pizza is a must try, you will love it. It's nice to try this...

I recently ordered a pizza from your store, and unfortunately, my experience wasn’t the best. My delivery took 1 hour and 57 minutes to arrive, which was much longer than expected. I understand that busy times can cause delays, but this experience was frustrating and left us disappointed.

Additionally, it felt like the "first come, first serve" approach wasn’t fully observed. We hope you can prioritize an efficient, fair process to improve delivery times and customer satisfaction. Thank you for considering our feedback, and we hope to see improvements...
