This is a review regarding their Rob Pavia branch staff's attitude towards customers, whom they kept waiting for more than 35 minutes just to get the message added on the cake, incredibly infuriating and quite frankly unacceptable. Slamming the cabinet doors, clashing the cash register, and giving disdainful looks whilst ignoring us when asked when the supposed 'cake decorator' will arrive - DISRESPECTFUL and PRESUMPTOUS. Upon arrival of the manager and the cake decorator, they told us to wait some more and never once uttered an apology for the inconvenience. Remarkable how egotistically driven these staffs were cause they have the gall to be the ones annoyed at us when their service has been lacking in effort nor initiative. Next time, if you work at an establishment wherein customers are required to have their services in a timely manner, don't be snarky and snide when asked to do exactly that. Kindly teach your staffs on proper customer service and give guidance on time management when it comes to breaks because what kind of establishment allows 35 or more minutes as break when they're 'understaffed'....

I was hoping they would wait until the customer will leave the table before...

It's halo2 haha and it was the first time that i ate halo2 that was not ice, but water with other ingredients. Yes, the ice melted already before it touched the table. And the drinks eventually became a dessert because it was...
