Not the best jollibee branch in Iloilo. Inexperienced staff, they can benefit from more customer service training.

One time I ordered a bfast meal and the cashier punched the meal but included a coke drink. I said it should come with coffee, it's a breakfast meal. She insisted it's not. I said it is, because you don't sell it after 10am. She had to ask another staff and she confirmed it was a bfast meal. I paid the order. When I claimed it, they still gave me coke. (Turns out the cashier still pushed the coke drink.) I said it should be coffee, she replied they didn't have coffee available. I just took the meal and left the coke as I didn't want it. Then she had to shout at me again that they didn't have coffee available. I took my leave and didn't bother refunding my drinks. Located in the Festive Walk Mall, Jollibee is one of the many options for a quick bite. Staff were attentive and friendly. They did make a mistake and forgot a couple of items we ordered, though they rectified the situation fairly quickly, no big deal. Overall, the burgers were flavorful and chicken was crispy with a great crunch, and cooked to order if I might add. Though the Jolly spaghetti was a let down. The flavor was fine, but the texture of the noodles were way too mushy. Visited a second time to see if the Jolly spaghetti could redeem itself and live up to its name, but was once again disappointed, there was nothing Jolly about it. Busy hour, and only one self-service kiosk is working, causing long lines and long waits. Aside from that, cardless payment is also unavailable, and so you have to line up AGAIN just to pay.

And wait, there's more: the serving time took so long too. It took 45 minutes to order, pay, and wait for the food. Not very "FAST FOOD".
