A 4-star review for an overall good service and product quality. There is room for improvement on the side of delivery. One would be staying true to the exact time the customers are able to receive the delivered goods. We were initially guaranteed a 20-45 minute wait, but it got to an hour and a half of the items arriving. Updates could be very helpful if there were to be unforeseen extension for time.

Love their coffee menu while, personally, the tea not so much (although it can be an acquired taste for some). Food is good and reasonably-priced and friendly baristas/staff and fast wifi are a big plus! Baristas seem to know their coffee and actually give you suggestions. Their dessert menu is delicious. Good service and great quality coffee overall. Highly recommend the calamansi bars. ♥️

The only setback is the hot and dim-lit bathroom and the dry waffles. Hope they improve...

The people working here are super, duper friendly!

Loco HQ opens at 7AM. Get your breakfast and morning coffee here! I recommend you ordering their raspberry iced tea, green apple, and hibiscus.

I had pepper longganisa but it was not really my liking, i’ll try the sweet variety next time. The black coffee with oatmilk was ok, coffee serving was great. The place was simple in General Luna. It was next to a medical clinic and they shared the same entrance. It was more of a student tambayan than a cozy aesthetic vibe coffee shop. I’ll try the Smallvile location next time.
