Bourbon Street Bar and Grill — Restaurant in Iloilo City

my husband and i was dissapointed last time when we ate there together with my friend couple because first there cew was not well trained very poor trained i odered san mig apple to drink while waiting our food for dinner then the waiter told me they dont have a stock so i ordered another beer supposedly i dont like but i dont have a choice i turned around one of the waiter serving a san mig apple to the other table then i ordered a amorato sour they told me still not available thats why my frnd decided to go to there bar and told the bar tender to mix the wine or that i need to drink and were almost done eating we told the waiter to separate our bill because we are two pair of couples there you know what the two beer was charge in our bill they are not so busy at that time theyre standing and talking only in the other side its a simple things why they cant do that to make there work good and i asked what is this there is another charging payments they told me there is a charge in drink a mixing drinks or wine we are not satisfied our last dinner that was our 2nd dinner we decided not to go back...

This place was the absolute worst experience I have ever had dining at a restaurant. Me and my fiance went here and he ordered a steak which was served raw then when he sent it back came out extremely overcooked where ss he ordered it medium. I ordered the cajun fish and chips which came out raw as well. The staff was rude never even giving us a refill on service water or even giving us a drink menu. They even acted rude when we did not leave s tip and complained about the food and service. Dont waste your time eating here they will blame you for thier terrible service and that they have no idea how to cook. We will never go to another one of these restaurants they showed us that everything is the customers fault to them. The sad thing was there was noone else in the place all the staff was outside st the parking area on thier phones the entire time we were there guess that's why we couldn't get service and the wait for the food which was wrong, undercooked, and took an eternity...

The band was the best thing about this place. The service was bad, the servers walked around without looking around, our dinner came with one napkin and before we could ask for another one our server raced away and the only way to get her attention is to go and get her. It's like they had blinders on. The manager was the same way. Two drinks took over 20 minutes, and it wasn't busy, it was only 6pm. My "premium" vodka 7-up was flat and had three ice cubes. When I took it back, they said they would have to go to the store and get more 7-up, how embarrassing for a place called a BAR! They used the last on my one drink, and since it was flat, I assume it was old. They need better managment and employee training, there are many places within walking distance, save your money...
