Bo's Coffee (Mactan Town Center) — Restaurant in Lapu-Lapu

This review is related to my review of Bo's ICM. pictured bag of barista blend coffee arrived to me like that thru foodpanda. I never understood the lady employee's from Bo's Basak-Marigondon explanation why it was opened, stapled and taped over. Phone connection was really bad. I was using a cellphone, she answered from the business landline phone. But before she hang up, I heard she was sorry and that she was going to do something about it. So I called Janelyn of Bo's ICM to cancel her offer of bringing me a bag of coffee since foodpanda delivered me a torn up but sealed back bag of coffee from Bo's at Basak-Marigondon. Janelyn said it has to be opened because I wanted ground coffee not beans. Yes I understand, beans should be grinded upon customer's request but due to the pandemic, I suggest having already some bagged & ground up coffee available. Called back ms. lady employee here telling her what Janelyn said; conversation was clear already. She agreed and sorry I did not get your name. Thanks for your patience...

Bos Coffeeshop MTC

I recently visited Bo's Coffee Shop and had a generally positive experience. The baristas were extremely knowledgeable and provided excellent recommendations for the best drinks on their menu. I appreciated their expertise and passion for their craft.

However, one aspect that could be improved is the speed of the billing process. It took longer than expected to settle our bill, which was slightly inconvenient. While I understand that it can get busy during peak hours, it would be beneficial to streamline the payment process to ensure a smoother and more efficient experience...

The location is strategic as it is between two major economic zones in Lapu-Lapu City - MEPZ 2 and CLIP. The staffs are friendly and quick in serving. Their drinks are a bit expensive, but it's worth your money. WIFI is free if you order something same as other coffee shops.
