went there for dinner, ordered chicken wings but the cashier said it will take longer around 15 minutes but if we order chicken breast which is more expensive, it will be served immediately. so I ordered chicken breast plus halo-halo to be served later after meal. after we took a seat, the halo-halo was served immediately, I politely asked them to serve it later since we are still waiting for our meal. 40 minutes later we are still waiting for our order, when I followed-up, they said they're still cooking the rice, I need to wait for 10 minutes. after an hour our meal was served in this fastfood restaurant. The sink in their lavatory was full of leftover rice. Order numbers are not taken from the customers table. Their grilled chicken are burnt, black...

People were extremely incompetent, from the server to the manager. We asked to clean our table because our order had already been served. First I asked the guy who was cleaning the floor, the guy who was providing extra rice, and the guy who was serving chicken near the front desk. Finally, the guy who actually assigned to clean the table has been "missing in action" arrived and was kindly asked to wipe our table, but he chose to clean the other tables where no one was sitting. It's good that it's back open, I guess. They're the only one that delivers to me. But there's a problem with my Grab food order, and it's not the driver's fault: the lid was not on the drink securely and it was spilled and ruined, and there was only one packet of chicken oil for four rices. Also the bottom of the food bag was soaked in grease, because it was put in the back haphazardly. Not the driver's fault, the restaurant's fault.
