Chowking - Marina Mall — Restaurant in Lapu-Lapu

Ordered at chowking. The food was supposed to be ready for pickup at 10:06pm but when I arrived at 10:05pm they just Printed the order form hence that's also the time they started to PREPARE the food. I took the food that were ready just so that I wont be late from my work. I purposely asked for a quick break to grab the food. The wontons took a long time to prepare and I have no time to wait for it so l grabbed the food that were ready and left leaving the wonton. Now, the chicharaps are hard! It's not cooked at all. Im scared to eat the chao tan cos this might be undercooked as well. Very bad experience. They tried to call me but instead of trying to di right they proceeded to justify the delay with more lied. They said they were packing the food when I was leaving the place. They were waiting at the cook’s window clearly waiting for the cook to hand them the food.

I haven't had Chowking for a long time and was excited to eat here again. I have good memories of Chowking from years back but the food quality and service has gone down significantly.

It took more than 20mins to get our orders. Even the buzzer was so unpresentable with papers and tapes almost falling off of it. I remember the braised beef was topped with scallions before but this time, it's a sad bowl of a few pieces of meat with 3 slices of carrots. The wonton soup was okay, nothing memorable.

At least all the staff were friendly and always smiling. The place is also clean and there's plenty of seats. I hope they fix the...

We've been here and it was good. We were greeted with smiles by staff and patiently waited for us to choose what our food would be. We were not able to decide right away what food we would eat.
