Jollibee — Restaurant in Lapu-Lapu

We all love that crispy and jucylicious chickenjoy from jollibee anywhere. However this branch gave us a not good experience. I was taking bae to the airport since he'll be going home for a vacation and to take part of the kadayawan festival. Bae requested for a quick grab burger 🍔. So jollibee it is. I ordered the spaghetti and chickenjoy and bae changed his mind and ordered for the same too. I also ordered 2 mini sundaes. The crew doesn't know if the sundae is availble so she asked and was advised to check it so she checked and said its good. But then again she asked another crew if it's available, what the heck she checked it for? Another customer came in and ordered for a meal and was advised that the rice 🍚 will be available in 20min. The customer was ok and willing to wait. My orders came with the pasta dried and less sauce on both orders. Drinks wasn't full enough and I had to ask to add more on it. Jollibee i sthe formula flr every Philipino, they love it. Spagetti and meat sauce, chicken and rice are the block busters. This is FAST FOOD that everybody must try when you are in Philippines, it’s consider a crime if you don’t do it, almost;) It’s full activity every day and this branch is very nice in a new mall, everything is well designed and as always Red and White, a lot of promos and deals are like wall paper out- and inside the place. Staff is very nice and skilled, they know how to serve fast and always with a smile, you can only enjoy everything. Price is cheap and portions big, you het a lot for your money. I usually don't leave bad reviews, but I feel like I have to this time because this has become a recurring issue. Every time I order takeout, it takes way too long for them to prepare my food. There was even a time when I followed up on my order, and they were shocked because they had completely forgotten to prepare it. I always try to give them the benefit of the doubt, but they continue to disappoint. This one time, I waited for what felt like forever for my takeout, and when I finally got home, I realized they gave me the wrong order.
