McDonald's — Restaurant in Mabalacat

I'm fan of mcdonald eversince here and outside the country not just because for the good taste of the food also for the will train crew specially a manager that can handle complain politely but firts time I incounter a manager that never apologised for serving us a raw meat chicken(not cooked in the middle with blood!!) I told him they can kill somebody specially my husband who eat this one cause he been suspected diagnose having cancer. thanks for the cashier he politely apology for what happen even i been little bit rude the way i approach to him cause i get angry but the manager just pop out from the back showing a rude face and he just tell" here in the new chicken" just to solve the problem not even single remorse or word from him that they apologised to what happen. The worst part happen is after he give the replacement of the chicken like 5mins he came out in the dining area while im eating he stare at me like I can see the way he look at me he judging me! what kind of person am i that's my opinion....hope the management will make action about my concerns...it happens around 2:30am to 3:am October 23,2025 the manger is kind of chubby fat..I know all is having mistake but its not busy at all .then if you have mistake we customer feel that your sincere for apologised for what happen we will understand also...rate for the food taste still 10/10 only the quality been mistaken but the other is...

Food was ok but cleanliness in the dining room need some work. Workers that are cleaning doesn't even rinse off their towels after cleaning off the table. They just put it back in their cleaning pouch... Gross!!!

Then the workers doesn't even wash their hands after cleaning the table. So much food debris around the table that I ate off. The worker wiped down our table but did not sweep the excess amount of food debris that the previous customers left.

Pretty sure the sales will continue at this location but sooner or later people will start recognizing the low standard of the cleanliness of the restaurant.

I eat fast food about 4-5 times a year & I don't think I'll be going back to this place due to its cleanliness issue. Hopefully with my review that management from the higher level & store level can read this & work on solving the...

My son loves playing at Mc. Donald dau and he loves their chicken. Everytime he see the big yellow M he grab my hands to going inside. So in this afternoon we went there as I promise him to play at Mc. Donald when he finished his works (writing and coloring ). So after few minutes we went out and unfortunately he lost his blue gap cap that I didn't notice that he didn't wear it anymore. So when we got home and I sent him to bed, I just saw the place I usually put his cap and it wasn't there. So me and my husband imediately went back to Mc. Donald to check if they still have it or what. Surprisingly, the guard keep it. Im so thankful that they give it back to me. Thank you so much Mc. Donald Dau. We wish and pray for more success in your business. More power💥
