The diniguan was rich and tasty with lots of crispy pork. The sauce was thick and rich.
Likewise, the kaldaretta was flavoursome but it lacked the spicy chilli kick I remember even though we asked for it to be extra spicy. Also the beef was chewy as opposed to the tender, unctuous way I remember it from the Ayala Triangle branch.
