Service sucks. It’s as if the 2 staff around didn’t want us there. Didn’t make my son and I feel welcome. The only one who deserves 5-stars is the resident cat. Ordered Hotsilog and Tocilog. Rice was not well cooked. One and done for me.

Matcha drink was very good.

I don’t know how to post a reply to you (owner of Koffle Cafe), so I’m just editing my review. Did the CCTV footage show how one of your staff was singing loudly, or how I was told when I asked how much the Torani Peppermint syrup is na “nakasulat dyan ang price”, or when my son asked for Jiggly Cat dessert the staff said hindi yan lahat available without an apology. Look at the other reviews here and count how many times service was rated as needs improvement. Please...

Ambiance is great despite how crowded their lower ground is. Thanks to this chonky resident cat. The staff seem to be preoccupied and not so accommodating. Took moments for me to order, for them to prepare my food and for me to pay my bills.

Ordered for to go. Got myself some mango chicken salad and lavender tea latte something. The servings are decent enough and can feed two or more people. However, there's nothing surprising or new with the drink at all.

Although I hope I still have more time to try other dishes and even purchase...

Went here since we really wanted to see the cat. The main area is full so we asked if there are more tables and they said there is a “second floor”. It’s our first time so okay, we said sure. We just didn't know that this second floor looks like an abandoned area with tables outside. For us, it would be better to make sure you offer a place that’s nice since the coffee is not really affordable. We would have appreciated it more if the staff told us they are full rather than making us sit in a place that looks like someone’s...
