McDonald's Ayala Circuit — Restaurant in Makati

I ordered happy meal for my son,we all know happymeal comes In a box,my main concern is they put the meal toy in a paper bag and tell me that there is no happy meal box,they should tell that to me the time that I was ordering , I ordered happy meal for my son,for him to be able to be happy but never happened because of this mistake,it might be a small mistake but it should not be tolerated, the staff will not put the happy meal toy if I did not notice that it was not in my order yet,so disappointing🥴the page is not even helpful at all I can't even contact them...

The place was busy as it was already lunch time. I did not see any staff maintaining the cleanliness of the dining area. Ordered a 10-piece Chicken Nuggets with Barbeque sauce. I told the manager that I want a freshly-cooked Nuggets, straight out of the fryer and that I was willing to wait even 10 minutes. That was exactly what I got, hot & fresh. It tasted good and I enjoyed it. The toilet was not functional as the sign said, 'under maintenance' (I wonder since when?). The immediate surrounding outside the toilet was very disorganized...

Worst service ever. Atleast train your staff especially the cashiers to do their job better. If your qr/online payment won't work, atleast assist the customer so they won't have to wait again in line. Also, try first their chosen payment option before your drove them away. Hoping you train your staff to show better attitude. Had to wait almost an hour to eat, including waiting in line to order and for the food...
